Joas, I just have to tell you that as feminine as Priscilla is, you are very blessed that she decorates with all those animal antlers and cooks all of that meat. Priscilla is so blessed to have such a Godly, hard working provider for her husband. And, what a precious blessing all of your children are...such a great mix of both you and Priscilla. Thank you for sharing your family with us❤️❤️❤️

When I was a little girl we lived in Pennsylvania and my father used to go hunting every year and bring home what he got. My mother learned how to cook those things without having a “gamey” taste. I remember we had venison, pheasant, and rabbit. Not all at once, of course! I didn’t know at that time how it was prepared for cooking or how it got cooked, but now I know it was a lot of work. Thank you for sharing these things with us. God bless you with whatever you need in meat (may you always catch enough fish and meat)and all the other foods.

Just because you're feminine, doesn't mean you get to discard the fact that your husband lives in the house too. Far too many women do thus. He accepts her feminine things... she accepts his masculine things.

So enjoy watching the family at the dinner table, such grace and manners👌. I grew up in a family the same size, I had twin sisters. After we blessed our food my dad would start passing the food around the table, each would serve their self and passed to the next child. Mom and Dad would be last to serve their self. I was so blessed to have the family I had. Thank you Jesus

The outside night scenes were spectacular! I lived in Alaska for a little while in the early 80s. It brings back memories when you talk of landmarks that I remember, and also when you're driving and showing the view from your dashboard, I can see how the area has changed. The main road from Wasilla to Anchorage at that time was a two-lane road, so it's interesting to see how it has been expanded.

Joas you have such a wonderful family, from your wife & Oldest daughter who both cook such lovely meals. Who both clean house & your youngest daughter who also helps her mom in the kitchen & cleaning house. Also your youngest son who also helps with household chores, and your two oldest boys who are such handy carpenters and craftsmen. I have a big feeling Avalon & Chloe are gonna be just like Pricilla when they’e grown & Justin, Ethan & Wyatt are all gonna be exactly like their Dad. Such a blessing the Lord has blessed you with to have such a functional well mannered, well balanced family with goals and they have been taught to have purpose and to be people of Merit. Think about this for a moment.... Do you realize that there’s probably only 1 family outta every 1000 families in America like your family? I’d say probably less than that I’d say 1 family in every 10,000+ families that’s as well behaved, disciplined and well mannered and Structural as yours is !!!!!! I’m very serious.... God has certainly blessed you and you’re an Awesome Wonderful example of how every American family (SHOULD BE TO NOT ONLY GLORIFY GOD) but to glorify & be examples of what the American family should look like to the rest of the world. Joas I know that from yours and Pricilla’s Amish backgrounds have helped you tremendously in raising your family to have goals, to have chores & responsibilities, to have structure, to have kindness, to have love for not only Love for each other but love for their fellow mankind. I think your Amish backgrounds have also helped you with teaching your kids that hard work and dedication in everything they do Pays off in satisfaction as well as monetarily. But I think more than your Amish backgrounds what has helped you to have such a sound marriage and sound loving family unity is YOUR FAITH IN CHRIST ! I know you guys Joas and Pricilla left the Amish life to pursue the Christian life and a different kind of Church than the way the Amish worship and believe. So I’m gonna say this..... If anyone in any way of life including the Amish cannot see what Christ has done for your lives and if they can’t watch your show and see what an exceptionally amazing family you have built with Your faith in Jesus Christ ??? Then they are just plain blind as a bat or they’re being just stubborn and not very truthful to their hearts!!!! The Holy Bible says seek the Truth and the Truth shall set your Heart free. One might ask what is the real truth in life ? If a person on earth is seeking “THE REAL TRUTH” in this life TO OBTAIN ETERNAL LIFE IN HEAVEN AFTER YOU LEAVE THIS EARTH ? Then that is none other than seeking and finding “JESUS CHRIST” and him crucified for the sanctification & redemption of ones sins to get forgiveness of those sins to wash away all that sin and to obtain salvation from Jesus Christ for their sins. In the Holy Bible Jesus’s words was: I AM THE WAY “THE TRUTH” & THE LIFE NO MAN SHALL COME UNTO THE FATHER GOD EXCEPT THROUGH ME. So that’s pretty cut and dry, Jesus was saying the only way to get past God’s judgement & to get eternal life into heaven was first thru His (Jesus’s) salvation. Also I said above to seek Jesus for that salvation of one’s sin... Well For those reading this who may not know.... Jesus covered that Also when he said: Those who seek me shall find me. He also said: Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord (meaning Jesus) shall be saved. So I know that You Joas & Pricilla’s faith and Salvation through Jesus Christ is what has made such a great family atmosphere for your kids in all the attributes that I named above!!!! Also by no means am I putting down the Amish and their faith or not their faith in Jesus Christ... But I’m here to tell any Denomination of Worship whether it’s Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, presbyterian, Holiness, the Amish, or whatever people’s religion is .....That there is absolutely nobody that can look at this family on KZbin of Joas & Pricilla Miller & their children and say they don’t see the love of the Real Jesus the son of the living God at work here!!!! As a matter of fact I challenge anyone to prove to me otherwise !!!!!! Because they can’t, plain and simple. God Bless you Joas & Pricilla Miller and your wonderful children ! I pray that you continue to do the lord’s work & keep glorifying him above all else. Hope you have a wonderful New Year and the Lord continues to bless you in unmeasurable amounts.

When I was a girl, on Sunday evenings my father popped a big white pan just like yours full of popcorn while my mother made fudge and cut up apples. Then it was board game and popcorn time. Those memories are 60 years old, and I predict that your children will one day recall your big white pan filled with popcorn. (One of the best parts was that it often took until Wednesday for us to eat the last of the popcorn, and the flavor only got better with each passing day.)

I'm seeing this video on the last day of 2023. It's been a trying year for accidents this year for the family, a wonderful year otherwise with new adventures. The family pulled together in 2023 when needed and the many videos created were spectacular indeed, showing us all the family kept positive through the lows and looking forward to better times. I'm looking forward to seeing all that which the cam-corder captures of the family this next year. Let's pray 2024 will be a safe and healthy for all in your family and a wonderful year in adventure with new first endeavors to cherish. May 2024 bring the best to your entire family. Your cabin with the lights lit up at night looked like an iced ginger bread house in the snow. It looked so beautiful! The music you played at the beginning part of tonight's video was different. It sounded like old fashioned country music. It played while you were enjoying the beautiful candle lit dinner Priscilla had prepared and it added such an old timey wholesome cozy feeling while we watched.... an extra bonus to tonight's video.
