What stick is that at 4:48 time spot? Couldn't tell what the enclosure was. Fightsticks in the FGC will forever remind me of competitors in Beyblade. How everyone on the old cartoon would have crazy launchers that were custom to their style.

I've never watched the old cartoons, but that sounds about right! In regard to your question, it's been a minute since I've seen that one, but I believe it was a metal enclosure made by an overseas builder (something similar to Starry Sky, but not quite). It's giving me u/Turbulent-Court6356 vibes and he's a builder who won Fightstick of the Year a couple years back.

I LOVE customizing my arcade sticks, but since I went with aluminum plates, I tend to just change the buttons and bat top colors. I really need to find some cool stickers to put on mine.

Yeah, some do. There's a list (parts of it are outdated since some builders have stepped away) on r/fightsticks which details certain builders. Does anyone have tips for the art/graphics of a stick. I am planning on getting an enclosure and adding the art myself, but I don't know the average costs for the commission

Digital art / photo collage stuff with pre-existing assets: $20-60, depending. Whole new art creation: typically more expensive, $40-$120. It can go well beyond that based on who you are trying to tap for your project and their preferred medium though. I just make my own in photoshop then print it a local fedex store. So long as you know what ur doing u can make high quality prints for super cheap. I use a vinyl cutter to cut the art out but u can use a box cutter. I dont miss the cramps i got from that method lol.

Is there a pdf with key dimensions for hitbox? I'm thinking of doing it myself.

They are 16"x7"x2" (give or take). For button placement, you can check on Focus Attack. They have the Hitbox layout .psd files along with several other styles. You can also use a custom layout that may work better for you (just test a few things with cardboard before drilling actual holes).
