For the day care expenses , you will have to pay around $600 CAD for 6-8 hours of the day care of your child. However, it depends on the facility.

My copr is expiring on July 16th..if I apply for extension.. Do you think ircc will consider the situation nd will extend pr visa.. Because at present there is no such announcement from ircc.. Note:I have a option of vande bharat flights but I don't want to spend hefty amount of money on these flights.. yes, they will grant you extension. IRCC already announced that if you are not willing to travel due to covid-19. You can inform via IRCC webform.

Do we start getting child care benefit as soon as we get our PR cards after landing in canada or we start getting it after living for some time in Saskatchewan

There is no relation of CCB with PR cards. you are eligible for that once you land in the Canada. However, as per the current situation, you will apply for after completion of 14 days quarantine period. It may take 2-3 months for the approval. But you will receive all the amount together in the mother's account and after that monthly. In conclusion, you can expect to start it in the three months as per the current trend. Thank you.

For NOC, i recommend that you should check SINP past draw list in which you can find how many times this noc would be selected for the draws in the past. you can estimate based on it. Thank you.

Both cities are good. mostly govt. jobs are in regina because govt. organization located there where as private sector jobs are in saskatoon. saskatoon is emerging city. IT jobs are less in all over saskatchewan as compared to Ontario. i do not have idea about other sectors that you asked. you may ask someone else for better ideas. Thank you

4021 is no longer in demand for SINP. I would say keep trying in the federal level and maybe next year SINP will start with 4021 again. You will never know.
