I've noticed during solar storms etc...I am more likely to have a seizure in my sleep... They're very disturbing

I am 35. I spent the first 32 years of my life being that guy who's overly emotional. Gets angry easy, flips out easy, easy to cry, always had anxiety, panic attacks and such. I started having seizures around 32 years old and I'm starting to realize how much Epilepsy might have affected my entire life.
