How GOOD is this REVERSIBLE WOOBIE JACKET? - FPC

How good is this reversible woobie jacket? I think FPC have done a good job however there's definitely things I'd either update or change

I got me the M90/NORCAM version because those patterns are so rare and tacticool, for outdoor purposes i got my other garments around, from Tasmanian Tiger up to Snigel Design

Been looking at this in the flecktarn reversible... Would have hoped it would be warmer but i also usually layer up. Especially with a brandit tedty fleece i have coming aoon.

Yes, it's a shame it's not as warm as I hoped... But with that Brandit fleece you'll be uber toasty in the winter months

I don’t know if you remember, but I sent you a message about a year ago saying something about how I thought it was weird that there were not any clothing that was camouflage on one side and something basic on the other side and was reversible such as a jacket. But for years, I’ve been thinking that would be cool. Sometimes when you go in public, you don’t necessarily wanna wear something camouflage although I don’t care or if you wanted to be gray man, you could flip it really quickly over to just a black or a red or whatever and then when you go back out in the woods if you’re going hunting or something, you could just take the same piece of clothing, flipped inside out, etc.. But I don’t like the squares on this particular piece of clothing as far as the pattern goes. It would be great if it was just a solid color.

Yeah, somebody like Helikon need to make this happen. Ranger Green on one side and DNC on the other would be my dream combination. You're spot on with that business and pleasure side of things for a Reversible jacket

Having looked at the web site I agree - the marketing smells strongly of 'fashion item' rather than and item of functional outdoors gear. For the advertised price I'd rather go with a Snugpak or Helikon wolfhound.

The Wolfhound is an excellent alternative. It'll definitely keep you warmer in the colder months 🤙

I own one of these hoodies and the are definetly fashion only. Started fraying after the first time carring a backpack for 5 minutes and and also at the wrist from my g shock...

Sounds a little disappointing. I can't really fault the Woobie Jacket I picked up from Perseverance Survival for warmth. I did want to pick up another one from them in Tigerstripe for this autumn/winter ,but they look to be out of the game now. I'm having a good look at the Helikon Wolfhound as a alternative now
