Want to get into Bolt Action. I have a box of British Infantry and 5 German Winter Infantry. My only concern is painting them to historical accuracy or doesn't it really matter?

I'm at this very moment busy making a French Resistance Bolt Action army that includes some of the characters from 'Allo 'Allo including officer Crabtree. You can bet that when I bring this army to a game I'm gonna annoy my opponent with all the 'Allo 'Allo catchphrases :D

Tactical advice: Your tank is your offensive unit. Next time try bringing in the tank, with the truck following it and staying behind the tank for hard cover. Use the tank to attack the enemy base. A1st Lt in the truck with an 8 man veteran squad works great. He can activate the truck, and the veterans. Use one foot squad to support that attack pretty much the same way you did in this game. Maybe more aggressive or falling in behind the tank or truck for cover on the move.. Defensively, I would have put my mortar in the center so it's untouchable, and the last infantry squad covering the objective. The squad would have a couple panzerfausts to hopefully deal with the cromwell, or whatever armored vehicle the opponent used to attack my base. the MMG would have been better in the base itself for hard cover. Don't go down when the opponent needs a six on a single die. Especially if your opponent rolls crappy lol. That may have cost you the game right there on turn one (MMG). That MMG might have been enough to kill the jeep.

Just got my interest peaked by BA, and started watching your videos and my biggest take away so far: You've NEVER watched 'Allo 'Allo?!? Good grief, man, I'm American and I've seen the whole series twice through...
