Given smaller -actual- offences such as shop theft and home burglaries are not even investigated these days let alone prosecuted, the only thing I can think of where it would be used is in such cases. And We've seen how judges have jumped right into support of the political narrative of such cases. Why change the law, when you can simply have people that will understand it the way you want it to be understood. The point of having peers is that they are your peers. They are as stupid as you, with equivalent education, financial means etc. They can empathise and understand how however they apply the law could also affect them. By default a judge is supposed to be different to you and to that end indifferent to you. Laws are supposed to be there to benifit a majority not govern them. That majority should be the decision makers when it comes to their understanding and implementation.

Completely agree about the unoriginal Jaguar design. The Jaguar site should be used to build the Lucid Gravity & Lucid air. This would give recognition to the brilliant British Engineer, CEO of Lucid Motors, Peter Rawlinson. Lucid already have a licensing arrangement with Aston Martin. It looked really good then and instead of windscreen wipers, had a vibrating windscreen to shed the water.
