Been trying this deck out a lot recently and I think E.T.C. might be the best card in the deck. I put reno in the main and my sideboard is (raise dead for early etc repeated value/late game gas for your combo, Papercraft Angel to serve as another Chained Raza in the case we find Sealed first, and Anduin if the exact opposite happens). It's literally a wildcard for your combo which is nuts to me.

I dont understand why they nerfed naval mine rogue. It wasn't that strong, i tried it myself (before nerf). On high ranks winrate is not even 50%. I never managed to get the full combo in time. It relies on your lucky draws and unkucky for your opponent. Pirate rogue should ve been nerfed, instead they buffed it. The rest of the nerfs seem fair.
