Same. Half the fights I wonder what is going on in the minds of at least one judge. Here, I haven't seen the judges' decision, but I would have trouble deciding myself. If forced to choose, considering that neither did much damage, I probably would have *just* leaned towards Blacksmith.

It seems that either the armour on Blacksmith was strong enough to withstand the bite, or the Kraken had bad luck and bit in an unfortunate place. It looks like the first bite was too close to the edge of Blacksmith, so perhaps it's the place that had some thick structural member running below the steel plate, so it was harder to pierce... Blacksmith's hammer did not do much damage either. There were some dents, but it did not look too serious. It was probably a very close call by the judges

Kraken is a crush bot, meaning that its jaws are designed to crush the opposition and pierce through the armour. It's a unique weapon type that is typically slower, which means that it is not ideal against many of the fast, high impact bots that are the current meta, nor is it visually intimidating like a hammer, saw, or spinner. And Kraken doesn't exactly have a strong bite.

wont lie, bit disappointed by how low the actual damage being dealt to the robots is...... compare this to e.g. Season 9 of Robot Wars.... you had bots literally being ripped apart and still having to piece themselves together within hours for another round.... all this damage was superficial entirely.
