Coach I've been having problems escaping front headlocks, usually the guy stays tight and I just can't pull his triceps to position my ear in his chest and drag him out of me... Any tips? Maybe a troubleshooting video, like that one of your ghost escape, would be awesome! In my gym, we don't train takedowns that much, so higher belts just sprawl and put me in front headlock until they can take my back.
