My best advice would be to learn how to DIY as much as possible, and anything you can't diy unfortunately you might just have to order from an overseas brand in mainland Europe. Substrate is the most difficult thing to get locally, but if you live in a rural area then check at the places that stock farming supplies as they sometimes have spruce shavings or even aspen shavings in bulk. Some pet store owners will be kind enough to special-order paper bedding or Chipsi brand wood shavings (which are a safe commercial option) if you ask them. For online options 'Pet Food Cyprus' is a good place to get bathing sand, dried mealworms, treats and a few other random supplies. They deliver direct to your door for free, we've used their company for a few years and have always had good experiences with them. 'Pet Supply Cyprus' is an online company I haven't used before but they have an decent selection of textured substrates in their reptile section. These would be good for adding some variety to the top layer of your hamsters enclosure or making dig/forage boxes - petsuppliescy.com/product-category/reptile/bedding-substrate/?v=9025a1ae8c64 As for physical stores, look for places that sell reptiles as it's likely that they also sell drift wood, grape vine, cork tunnels, coconut hides, moss, coco soil and coconut chips which can all be used in your hamster enclosure. There's also this random little shop in Paralimni (if you're near there) called Pet Parade, I've been there a couple of times and noticed they have a okay selection of hamster supplies as well as reptile supplies, I think you could easily get a small haul of stuff from that shop :)
