The problem is that many, many years ago, the prosperity preachers learned that those who are desperate are easy prey. Therefore, private jets started to "minister" to Africa, particularly, because that's where the money was. Look at ministries like Kenneth Copeland's and Jesse Duplantis, and it's evident that they found their gold mine in Africa. It's much easier to convince those who are hurting the most to part with one of the things they need the most - money! And, when those precious people don't receive their "miracle blessing", how many of them are then convinced, by those false teachers, that it's the individual's fault because their faith wasn't strong enough (meaning they didn't give enough)? There has to be a special place in Hell for these men, and women, who twist the most Holy Word of God in order to gain riches for themselves and create so much hurt to those who firstly need to know that they are loved by the Almighty God Who created them, and that they are washed clean by the shed blood of Jesus Christ, Who gave His life that all may have eternal life in Heaven with Him, and the blessing of The Comforter, The Holy Spirit, to help guide them, guard them, and encourage them daily. The false teachers have robbed God's children by giving them false hope. Sorry for the rant, but I am also speaking from experience in the church I was "saved" in, here in the United States! But that's a much longer story. God bless you sir.
