At 5:35, he tenses the lips on the teeth. Is the reason behind this to hold the note tight so it does not become unstable and to ensure its clarity?.

4:45: "Saw her". More accent on the "saw" than on "her". He does back off after the initial "saw", hit "her" and backed off. I think a novice singer should start mastering this until it sounds like good singing before moving on to more elaborate things. I mean, if you can't do that, then why bothering trying something more difficult? Once you are mastering this, then you add a 3rd sound, and master those three. The first few times I tried, I hit the "saw" flat and was unable to create pure and stable vowel sound. It takes practice and focus.

Anddd he probably doesnt know he's doing this things . It is natural for himm .

I'm pretty sure he's practiced A LOT. No one learns this without tons of practice. However, by this time, it has become automatic for him because it just becomes a part of how you hear music in your mind. Anything that is NOT this just won't sound like music to you.

@@VocalLiberation And he probably learn that from his favourite singer and try to emulate them .

Yes. Listening and imitating A LOT is a huge part of the process. Listen, imitate, and then you realize you didn't imitate correctly. So you try again, and again, and again until you get it. He might have taken guitar lessons. And if so, more than likely, someone would have pointed out these ideas of musical accents, much the same way my piano teacher did when I first started taking lessons.
