I have a creami, I have an ice cream every night. Here’s a sample recipe: 500ml skim milk (160cal, 16p) 1 scoop protein (120cal, 25p) Freeze for 12-24 hours, run it twice then I add in whatever flavor I feel like having. Some nights I add frozen fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries or blackberries. Or you can buy boba powder, 15g is 60 calories and can get you the flavor or Korean melon bars or Taro bars while still making the protein to calorie ratio insanely good.

for a good chip “alternative” i recommend wilde protein chips. they’re made out of chicken breast, not potatos, no seed oils, they taste good, are satiating, and tasty. texture is the only point against it, not quite as good as a potato chip. still super good. do try

@@davidm2031it’s completely overblown. It’s marginally better to have butter or olive oil but it’s simply risk reduction with narrow margins. It’s similar to how aspartame was labeled as cancer causing, but you have to consume an inhumane level of aspartame to “get cancer”. Even olive oil is being berated now because it CAN be carcinogenic, but that’s only if it’s burnt.

5:00 I had these David bars, each flavor in fact, and to be honest, I wish they would add a little bit more sweetener and some salt. However, they were very filling and pretty decent. I will say the chocolate fudge was major disappointing because it was extremely bland, but my overall favorite was the blueberry pie. I thought it was gonna be my least favorite, but it turned out to be really freaking good. It reminded me a lot of those old nature Valley blueberry cakes from the mid-2000s they told us they were healthy but of course weren’t

Using calories to decide if something is healthy or not is idiotic. Lots of healthy foods can be high in calories. Micro nutrients is what make something healthy. Nasty ingredients like seed oils and other things are what makes something not healthy. Not the calories that’s just stupid. Eating food that tastes terrible to loose weight is so sad.

Certain types of Cardio like HIIT actually increase your appetite which will end up making dieting harder. Slower paced cardio like walking is best for people trying to lose weight and maintain muscle
