love your content. It makes me seeing you do metal work with a metal ring on though. Be safe out there. I have seen some horrific injuries that happened in the blink of an eye.

Thanks for watching! I try to take good care of it. I saw some gnarly stuff in construction too.

Yea but might be superficial, if I don't get what it's listed at I'll just keep it

I just did my upper/lower cowl removal last week. Beware that the windshield spot welds are tricky to drill out. I found that they only needed slight drilling and the seam broke loose like a hot knife thought butter. The worst ones are the corners. 6 spot welds and the landing pad, at the corner, is prone to major rust. Took me, a novice, 10hrs going slow to minimize mistakes.

Thank you for the heads up, I ordered the upper and lower assembly, so I don't think I have to go that far. From what it looks like I'll be mostly drilling the corners and the firewall side. Thank you for watching! I hope you project goes well dude!

I have been following you from the beginning of this project. A 6.liter LS swap, alright. This could be interesting I thought. A BMW engine, now you have my curiosity. Very glad you are having time to work on Felony again. I will be watching your progress and enjoying your content.

There are no shitty tig welds, only visible lessons learned.

Bad welds good times lol ✌🏻✌🏻

It looks like you have a MIG welder as well, is there a specific reason why you use TIG for the metal work ? Not a Mustang fan but love your videos! Thank you
@RidicULooseAutomotive6 күн бұрын
Yes, I do have both, TIG is a technique I've always wanted to learn, so I try to take as many opportunities to practice as I can. In some cases, I will just do zaps back and forth with the mig or do plug welds, but I think any practice is good practice. Doing it on the car is a good motivation to not cut corners and try to get it right. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🤙🏻🤙🏻

You are courageous! I had a 69 Camaro that was taken down to very little left of the shell and ultimately brought back. I try to share it once in a while because when they get that far apart you sometimes wonder if they will make it back. You are doing it right! Keep it up!
