My theory is the "Puppy" and "Honey" options are hinting on what the actual Pokemon is. The Sudowoodo riddle hints at a new Grass/Rock dog Pokemon. The Tediursa one hints at a Normal/Bug Pokemon with some relation to honey. Khu pretty much never outright tells us stuff which is what those polls feel like.

Holy shit wait what if Khu's clue about Detroit Become Human, his last riddle about gym leaders being upgraded to e4, and his hint that most types will be represented as gym leaders all are one big puzzle revealing that we can interact with various gym leaders through the story and essestially choose our elite 4? That the decisions we make and whi we decide to fight determine who the final bosses will be from a roster of at least 8 gym leaders? What if his hints of 50% and 40% whatever gl's being certain types was all a red herring, where its not that theres a definitive few among the selection who'll be promoted, but rather only those percentages he showed can be promoted by our influence? I second this idea. This also follows with my interpretation of the Titan R tweet, that each rival of those 3 regions have specific qualities that they share with your rival in Scarlet and Violet. In this case I feel like Nemona may be the rival, also because Khu was very clear on her being the perfect character for the story. Which would imply that her traits were very carefully chosen by the writing and design team and this may explain why Khu had pointed out for the rival the three regions and the three characters. That they had taken a lot from three previous rivals and compiled what fans liked about each one to make the new rival.

That's what I really appreciate about TTar's leak videos, they're so much more calm and straightforward unlike most other KZbinrs who cover pokémon leaks. I'm not saying that to diss anybody, aDrive and RuffledRowlet make awesome stuff, but TTar's leak videos are like the palette cleansers, they clear the air, it's really refreshing! This is my theory: maybe the “grass” and “bug” types on the polls are types that can be given to those particular pokemon, similar to how certain mons had their own z-crystals. So maybe certain mons can gain an additional type from a fixed list (let’s say 3) using an item, which I believe to be the gauntlet on Nemona’s arm. Then as the game progresses you gain the ability to fully “unlock” the gauntlet’s power by which it’ll allow the character to add ANY type to the pokemon. This makes me think of the omnitrix in Ben 10 to some degree

Honestly as simplistic as it may be, I feel like I am more confident with guessing it is about new Pokemon. One is a Rock/grass dog Pokemon and the other is a normal/bug honey Pokemon. There is no logic to my thinking I just feel this way because honestly the first one felt like it was design to tell us two types and a descriptor word of a pokemon. Then the second poll also has a similar feel although probably be a bee pokemon or a pokemon that produces honey sort of like how Sinistea, Applin, and Al Cremie have qualities of food.

I still think that they are playing with the concept of convergent evolution since they played with regional forms before. In essence it’s animals who evolved and ended up with similar features. Kinda like how Dolphins evolved similarly to fish. So there are Pokémon who look like existing Pokémon but actually are completely different. Someone before pointed out how the Kanto birds and the Galarian Birds could be a an example of this, the game implied they weren’t the same birds at all.

It's also going to be interesting how the entire synthetic Pokémon situation will tie in with previous mons such as Porygon, Mewtwo, or hell, even Type Null. In fact, the reveal of the landscape in the first trailer shows a building akin to the Aether Foundation in the background.. They did say the Aether Foundation is located all around the world, and the one in Alola was just a branch. 🤔

Idea: The 4th option is a hint towards a Pokemon that is related to it's new form. Puppy makes sense. Dog sometimes carry tree branches on their mouth for fun. If Sudowoodo becomes a grass type and a "true" tree, it will also become susceptible to this situation. A honeybear teddiursa is self explanatory, but the bug typing is strange.

It could be like in Scarlet version you go back to the past and complete a quest to give some one a piddgy then come back to the present and find their descendants owning a piddg farm or something.

I’m gonna guess that the gimmick allows a Pokémon to change one of its types. Only certain Pokémon are probably capable of this and it likely does not change their stats at all. There is likely a temporary form change when this happens in battle, and effect Pokémon of the same evolutionary line not necessarily just the final forms. This would explain why they are regional fakes, instead of regional forms because they are altered and not found in the wild. This would also make sense as a form change gimmick that can escape the “brokenness” of Dynamax and mega evolution since they were highly criticized

Sudowoodoo was a former Rock-Type, but thanks to some Imposter-related-circumstance (for Khu 'Puppy' = Centro was an imposter) it transformed into what it impostered in the first place: A Grass-Type. Teddiursa may be the same. A former Normal-Type transforming into a Bug-Type, thanks to it's massive honey consumption as a bear. Maybe that's the key?

Grass Type Sudowoodo makes a lot of sense. A lot of people miss the true nature of it; it's not just an imposter tree, but rather a petrified tree, an ancient tree that has had it's cells effective replaced by rocks. So if there were some way to go back to the distant past and find the Sudowoodo of the time, it would be Grass Type. The question is it relates to the Teddiursa.

I think the game is going to take place in present time. In Scarlet you’re going to travel to the past in some places through some kind of wormhole (in Violet to the future). Maybe Khu is telling us that Nemona is like that perfect girl in school. Top of her class, pretty, great battler all that stuff. Idk how it’ll play into her character but we might have one of those moments where the perfect girl falls apart when struggling, possibly due to the fact that she can’t master throwing

I think the weekly type riddles (the "What's it's type" riddle), with Sudowoodo being Rock and Teddiursa being Normal is the Gym Leader's typings, and not something related to RF. The theme of this month is characters and not RFs, so it's possible.

Simple. 1. What pokemon represents honey? Combee 2. What type is Combee? Bug 3. What type is Teddiursa? Well if their DNA is spliced with Combee would bug/Normal for this game. 4. The game is simply this - Future professor wants to progress pokemon genes to their highest form faster. Past professor believes all pokemon should be their original, “natural” selves. In the end we find out that pokemon should progress at their own pace and the professsors shouldn’t be interfering with their evolutions. 5. So maybe Sudowoodo is the opposite. Maybe back in the day it was a rock/grass type (that has some relation with one of the dog pokemon). In this case it wasn’t a splice, but a reversion. 6. Splicing pokemon might only be for those who have one typing. Like the heavily rumoured dunsparce

Maybe puppy means the Sudowoodo evolution has baby Sudowoodos growing on its branches? Or puppy could be a reference to bark on a tree. The honey makes me think the Bug typing would have something like the pokemons hand is stuck in a beehive and it uses bees to attack?

Imagine if since it's open world and you can challenge each gym whenever, they made it so that the GYM LEADERS were the end game goal! You team up with them and train up your pokemon, then once you become strong enough after beating the evil team, you now have to go through each gym leader to become the champion. It would make more sense as the gym leaders really should be strong trainers in their own right rather than training fodder. It would also be cool if they are genuinely somewhat difficult to make it much more rewarding when you make it to the elite 4 and eventually become the champion. It would also make sense to prevent kids from being confused which gym to start off at and then having to go and find out with gym they have to challenge next. Once they have a strong enough team, they can just...start challenging them.

hang on hang on hang on hang on Honey and Puppy Honey and dog Honey and wolf Bee and wolf Beo (old english for bee) and wulf (old english spelling of wolf Beowulf (old english for bear, and an Old English Epic) We're getting a Beowulf referenced Teddiursa evolution or a completely new pokemon based on Beowulf. Normal could work because he's a mostly brute strength and not a skilled fighter type. But works because of bees. He was supposedly durable as rock I think. I'm sure grass works somehow. OR, Beowulf is a coincidence and its just a Honey Bear or an actual Bee Bear Pokemon. Also, I guess its a fun fact, bears used to by called Bee Wolves way back when.

In Detroit Become Human, in the female androids story line she becomes a mother like figure to a little girl, who was part of a family she was assigned to. In the game, you find out that the little girl is actually an android, so what if Khu is saying that Nemona is like the same thing; you don't know she's a Pokemon, but at the end it's revealed she is. I also think Khu is just saying that the regional fakes have an uprising of sorts, and fight back against their creators because they're tired of being manufactured, because that's exactly what happens in Detroit Become Human. Definitely gives me Generation 1 vibes, which is cool.

What I thought of when it comes to the teddiursa and sudowood riddle is what if he’s talking about regional fakes being transformations of Pokemon due to the gimmick that adds a type to them Perhaps what he’s saying is that using the gimmick that adds a type to a Pokemon, if u add the bug type to teddiursa, it changes its form into what basically seems like a regional form but it isn’t (hence why it’s a regional fake) the same goes for sudowoodo and adding the grass type. And maybe the biology of this new form has something to do with the last option in the poll. So the bug teddiursa form has something to do with honey in its biology (perhaps nectar and its becomes a bug that uses nectar from a flower) and sudowoodo has something to do with puppies(not sure how this one may work) Edit: I know this may be a stretch but I think, because it’s game freak (and Khu’s riddles), it’s possible
