Thanks for the clip again. As I recall, you started into the 6.5 Grendel when you needed shoulder surgery. Now it would appear that you have carpel tunnel from shooting too many hogs. Way to go!

@@patclark2186 No, from lifting hogs, lol.

That was strange to see your crosshairs but you weren't shooting. At the first spot you were pointed right at the fence when Jake shot took a shot and I winced a bit 😀. Hope you heal up soon and get back out fully equipped.

@adamdines6118 LOL, Jake is not familiar with these properties, so a little real time coaching to keep things safe.

@Apocalyptic656 That was due to the new editor. The old ways don't work and I have not figured out the new ways.

Great Video, soon you'll have the new editing software up and running smoothly. Good luck on healing up. Glad to see you still getting out even as a camera man and spotter.

Back in the day it was always aggravating when a newer software version was released. It's like they intentionally changed basic functions for no apparent reason. The best I could hope for was that it was backward compatible so I could work a new file in the old program. - PrePress Tech 1993-2013

Not trying to be rude.. but did you buy the scope or are these 'paid advertisements'? I can't seem to find many 'non youtuber' reviews on these.
@CarpeSus20 күн бұрын
Not rude, but not correct either, although I understand your query. You want to know if I am a paid shill or huckster for DNT Optics which is a very fair query. You missed the 3rd option. I had the scope on loan from DNT Optics. It has since been returned as my test period is over. In fact, I ran late. However, by my understanding of KZbin, I have to include that "paid advertisement" label in the video because I got free use of the product in exchange for talking about it. I received ZERO $ and in fact, they didn't even cover return shipping. You can check out my full review here... kzbin.info/www/bejne/gISxg2RqnpeMoNU Companies send products like this out for review for several reasons. One is for the advertising aspect. For guys like me, I like to talk about what I am using whether it is a loan, exchange, or I bought it, especially if what I am using is doing a good job for me. Another reason, is that they want feedback on the product by somebody they feel they can trust to do a reasonable job evaluating it. Third, some companies will follow the comments to figure out better what sort of responses the product is generating and what people's opinions are of the product based on what is commented. So they get unsolicited public surveys from a relevant target audience. For me, I just get to play with new gear. I have received no $ or product in return for doing my review. So what do I get out of it other than playing with new gear? I may get some new subscribers to my channel and you may say, "Ah, so that is where you make your money!" Well, not really. Very rarely do I get to monetize a video as I do like to show the optics on the rifle and according to KZbin, that is a modification of the rifle and as such, they will not monetize the video. I have over 900 hunting related videos. My income from KZbin right now shows I have made a whopping $14.90 in the last 30 days. So I am not getting rich from KZbin, either. Now, I am doing some work for Bering Optics. They have been sending me the occasional scope to use and I show that I am using it and what it can do in the field. The Bering gear isn't mine either and will be returned, but I will get to play with it for a while. DNT Optics did send these out to a lot of "KZbinrs" from what I can see as well. I don't know what deals they did or didn't make. Does this satisfy your query? Do you have any particular questions you would like to ask about the scope that maybe I can answer base on my use of it in the field?

Where’s the thermnight video? Why aren’t you showing using it for shooting hogs? Don’t advertise in the name and then switch to different optics.
