Excellent video - thank you! I'm a really fit, active 62 years old male. I really hurt my mid/low , left back muscle during a new kettlebell routine. Really hard to stand up or sit down, and lean back. Really look forward to trying these exercises - I like that they are sitting for the most part since getting up and down is SUDDENLY really hard to do (I usually stand up and go down not using hands. Thank you for this!

Měla sem dlouho velký kašel a prý od toho mě bolí střední část zad, ani se nemohu zvednout z postele, ze země. Budu cvičit podle Vás, snad to pomůže. Nikdy jsem se necítila takto bezmocná.

This helped some, so i hope i remember to repeat, but, i do have a question, my shoulder does give me trouble, not pain during this, but, it clicks clunks in certain positions. Do you have suggestions or talk about that?
@More4Life5 ай бұрын
Shoulder clicking and clunking can come from a number of things. One possible cause is a labral tear. These are quite common and often don't require surgery unless they're really bad. Here's a video about labral tears in the shoulder that gives some more information: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6euhGCFgZ6gi5o

Are these exercises ok to do if one has recently healed from a thoracic compression fracture?
@More4Life7 ай бұрын
I'd say ask your doctor. If it's HEALED, most likely. If it's HEALING, probably not yet.

Hi Doctor, I am a 22-year-old male and have been experiencing severe pain in the center of my backbone for the past 3 years. The pain worsens after standing or sitting for just 10-15 minutes. Strangely, it also intensifies when I focus my thoughts on that area-I’m not sure if this is psychological or related. Additionally, I have a burning sensation in my stomach, especially after eating anything slightly spicy. I'm not sure if these two issues are connected, but I recall you mentioned something about the stomach in your video, which I didn’t quite catch.I’ve consulted doctors, had x-rays taken, and they found no abnormalities in my back, but the pain keeps getting worse. Sitting for long hours is a big part of my computer-based job, which is making it increasingly difficult. Could you please advise on what the issue might be? Should I consult a specific type of specialist? Any suggestions for relief would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!❤

I can't specifically diagnose what your particular problem is, but based on some of the things you said, some things to look into would be: 1. Acid reflux / stomach ulcers / other GI problems - due to spicy foods 2. Postural issues from working at a computer With the thinking about it, in general any pain tends to hurt more the more you focus on it, but that doesn't mean you're making it up or that it's psychological.

@@More4Life Thank you for your reply, Doctor. I really appreciate it. I’d like to set aside the stomach issues for now and focus on my back pain, which is really bothering me. Could this be related to a disc problem? I’m preparing for my master’s studies and will need to work part-time in jobs that require standing for long periods, which worries me because the pain worsens after standing or sitting for 10-15 minutes.Would you recommend using a posture corrector or back support belt? Also, when someone rubs my back, I feel temporary relief, but the pain returns shortly after. Based on these symptoms, do you think it’s something major, or could it be posture-related and treated with exercises, like those shown in the video? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If the pain is due to obesity, will these exercises help relieve pain
@More4Life8 ай бұрын
It's rare that midback pain is caused by obesity as most people carry the bulk of their weight in their abdomen or hips which are below the midback. A large bust size can cause midback pain. The exercises can still help in that case, but it does make it more challenging.
