A great video for beginners. I would only change the steeping info to heat water to 155-165 take off heat and steep for 30 minutes. Cheers 👍😁🍺

Hi, wondering why you don’t use the copper wort chiller that comes with the kit. Is the ice bath better in some way? Thanks

Hi Jorge, for this demonstration we were brewing using our Deluxe Homebrew Starter Kit, which does not include the copper wort chiller. The wort chiller is included in our Premium Homebrew Starter Kit, which is a bit more expensive than this kit, and also includes a few other upgrades. The wort chiller is superior to an ice bath for cooling, so we always recommend it as an upgrade! I'll leave links to both kits below to help clarify. Let know if you have any additional questions! ATTN: Make sure if you’re making the American ale to only add ONE bag of hops. This video does not show that. I made the mistake of adding all 3 hops in the beginning!!!!
