The best show on KZbin, I love watching it. I am in bad mood quite frequently nowadays, but this shakes and cheers me up each time. What I particularly appreciate in this show is how respectful and inclusive Sonny is. This is not the case in other travel-cuisine-culture shows, where presenters try to hit the viewing figures by sheer criticism and humiliation. It is embarrassing even to watch them. Long story short, keep going guys! We love you!

@@AntoineMuhirwa not really,it's just simply because Rwanda traditional diet is more of vegeterian,they knew it is not good to eat meat so often and they were very right hence why they lived long,it was very normal to be a 100 years old cus of that healthy diet.
@lodriguemuzehhe12062 жыл бұрын
Struggle food?it sounds like your mind is not okay,like you don't know a healthy diet,I eat most of these every day and i am not struggling,i had realized why people back in the time lived so long and healthy is cus of this food,they ate to live and not lived to eat.when you live to eat you eat everything regardless of whether the food is healthy or not but when you eat to live you only focus on healthy food that was the mind of our ancestors hence why they kept the healthy diet and passed it on,i have been eating this food for years now and my immune system has improved a lot and for that reason this is what we feed our kids too and they no longer get sick easily.

As a African who has also been in Europe and resides in NYC, you deliver premium content that would be Emmy nominated if it was on television. The episode in Lagos and many many others were better than anything else any food cable channel ever produced. Keep up the good work Sonny and team! @youtube, this is theft!
