I really like the flow of this warm up. You keep moving all the time. During pandemic, with more sitting/ down time than ever before, I can see me stopping and using this several times a day as a way to navigate longer periods of inactivity. Not its intended purpose, I know, but nonetheless, a great way to take a short, active break.
@MoreLifeHealth4 жыл бұрын
That sounds like a great idea Susan! Keep up the great effort!

I’m a 75 year old UK beginner with all this. Just finished taking steroids for 3 years and my muscles are trashed so I need to do something! Loved the warm up, Mike, and off to do your arm exercises now. I did the leg ones yesterday and will alternate. Thanks for all these videos, Mike, and catering for we ‘oldies’. 😁

I always watch your new videos before I execute them, and noticed that this one's a compilation of truncated exercise and warm-up moves in your collection. This new warm-up presented a smooth progression of a good number of moves which seemed to cover just about the entire body. This one's a daily keeper AND one I would return to several times a day as a quick pick-me-up when I'm suffering from lack of a good night's sleep, or to boost my energy when it flags: it'll wake me up, keep me moving, and coax me into doing an exercise session. Nicely thought out, easy on the body but effective as all your routines are. As always, thank you, Mike!

Thanks for another great warmup. I got sidelined with a shoulder injury and stopped working out. I'm finally recovered and rebuilding my workout, 1/2 stretch 1/2 cardio. Thanks to you I'm back to 30-45 minutes six days a week. I added this to my palette right away. Thanks again!

Thanks MIke, for all the videos. They have been a great boon throughout the pandemic era, ie since last March. It's so good that you explain everything clearly, then do all the exercises with us, which are safely designed for us seniors. I like to do a different selection of the shorter routines each day. You put in such a lot of work in preparing and putting the vids up. This is greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike. Have a question for you. (Am new to your channel and think it's the best of its kind.) The question...I am a side sleeper and after about 10-15 minutes on the left side I get an aching pain that keeps getting worse until I switch sides. It's enough to wake me up and still aches for about 5-10 minutes even after I switch to the other side. I have had this problem for years. BUT...I have ZERO hip pain when running, hiking, playing sports, etc.,...it's only when I sleep on that left side. I am not overweight but could stand to lose 10 pounds. (5'9" 160 lbs.) Have been doing both your sitting and standing hip exercises but am wondering if there's something more that could be added for this particular issue? Thanks for your help/advice. (BTW, have been to AU a couple of times...Wollongong. Hope to return and travel the whole country by train some day...on the Ghan, etc. Among the people, ocean, beer, and many other things, I miss all the sweet potato varieties you have at "Woolies" LOL.)
@MoreLifeHealth3 жыл бұрын
Hey Kent. Welcome to the channel, glad you like it and thank you! :) Haha, I have never actually noticed we had more than one sweet potato variety at Woolies. I'll have to keep an eye out next time I'm there.🙂. In regards to the hip shoot me an email, mike@morelifehealth.com with the above info.
