Love this video! I've also got a Dedica with a Rancilio-like steam wand modified but I can't get that perfectly silked milk that fluid so well on the coffee shot and allows to draw latte art. Its killing me as Ive been trying for months. Did you install the mod, or it was by default in your Dedica?

Finally u increase to 18g. Actually with 51mm 18g is always too much for me……Especially I will put puck on top which make it more tight… not sure any recommendations? Btw I’m using medium dark roast bean mostly.

What is your usual grinding level for Dedica? With standard espresso level, not enough for this machine, low crema, taste is OK.

@@raf3070 Also for Dedica its mostly depends from how fine grinding used, for this setup, and sure with good coffee from roasters companies, not from mass market. With stock setup crema is often fine with any coffee.
