Join me for a 40 minute Morning Pilates Full Body Workout taught live. This routine will strengthen the entire body and both stretch and strengthen your muscles. Ideal for people looking for a focused, full body workout using the most up to date contemporary pilates techniques. This is a full body session with an emphasis on staying in the moment to get the best out of your class and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your day.
After the session I stay online for 30 mins to do a Live Q & A where you can ask me anything. I give tips, advice and welcome the same from you. Do have a listen as our community is all about taking care of each other, helping each other grow in wellbeing and wisdom and enjoying our fitness.
