Part of my daily routine is to prepare for my food for lunch in the office. I enjoyed it because I love cooking. I also play relaxing piano music in spotify while I'm cooking. I also water my plants and feed my pomsky. I woke up at 5:30 and leave the house at 8:30am.

Morning Routines of Successful People. 1- Plan your day the night before. 2- Set goals for the day every morning. 3- Avoid checking your phone or other electronic distractions. 4- Stretch and exercise. 5- Read. 6- Meditate. 7- Spend some time with your family. "Your mind is like a muscle. The more you use it, the more powerful it becomes." and for me in the morning, I always say to myself: Today it'll be a good day.

I am not doing the right things in the morning, however, I have become aware that I have never had a routine or done much goal setting and I can see that this has been detrimental for me in regards to generating a successful life. relationally, I am in great shape, but as far as achieving anything significant for myself. As a single mother for 38 years, I am proud of the people that I have raised, but now its time for me to do something that nurtures my soul and gives me a feeling of pride in what I have done. So....by googling morning routines and watching your video is a good first step. I am a jeweler and I want to start generating my own income and not depend on others to provide me with opportunities. I believe that these routines, both am and pm, are going to be crucial for my success. I thank you, sir, for your wisdom and willingness to share it. Blessings

I set myself a goal of exercising exercising every single morning, even if only for 5 minutes. I started at the beginning of April and have only missed 2 days (after my birthday celebrations! 😨) But have been at it for nearly 6 weeks and slowly but surely the time I spend exercising is creeping up and it's starting to become a habit that I don't even think about, I just put my exercise mat out and know I have to do it.

Hi Brian. To begin with I LOVE you! In the nineties I went to one of your seminars here in Wichita, KS and met you personally. I enjoyed that seminar but somehow never really took action. Now I am 60 and realize that better late than never. My goal is to follow YOU to success. I have a YT channel and also a business I own that has $1.2 million in revenues and for the first time in our 22 years our revenues are flat and we are facing a few challenges. This has scared me into finally taking action. My revenues are flat because I have become flat. My company’s stagnation reflects my lack of passion, drive and just basic hard work. I have become lazy. But I’m not old and I can change my bad habits. It’s time for me to get off the couch in my own life and let you be my teacher. I just purchased your book Maximum Achievement. My goal is to follow your advice and let you teach me. My goal is to get my company to $2.2 million in revenues, and then who knows? I am naturally gifted, but I am tired of accepting less than the best from myself. If not now, when? Thank you for offering all your vast knowledge so generously. You are amazing. I am so grateful you were born and that you used your gifts to the max. I want to too. 💝💝💝🎄🎄🎉🎉😌🎉💝💝💝🎄🎄

Dear Mr. Brian Tracy. I have started reading your books 6 years ago when i was 19. You helped me overcome my fears of not being great enough. I always thought that what others do and think is more important than what I think. You have changed my life and my biggest dream in my life is that I meet you in person and thank you for all the great infromation that you gave me. I hope you come to Hungary soon and I can take a picture with you and hang it in every room in my house to remind myself every possible moment that life is a joy if we are willing to step out of our comfort zone! I don't rush into the day. I like to do a few things and focus on a few things that put my mind in positive mode. I then check my mindset - and what I want to accomplish, and especially - why I want to accomplish it. I still think I could tighten up more, get up earlier and do this, sometimes feel guilty that it is a very relaxed way to start the day, rather than just powering in, but it seems to work for me well.

Hi Brian, you're my mentor and I started watching your videos and reading your books since two years ago. I'm from Myanmar, 24 years old and you almost changed my life. I graduated as an engineer with ordinary dream (working hard and earning high salary). But you changed the way I think, behave and set goals. I could found a company on my own which is running quite well. I could afford more than I could imagine. This is real. I'm still not rich but not poor like others (mentally and financially). I'd like to meet with you in person once in my life. I don't know this is you or your staff handing your channel but I hope you read my comment. I would be so happy.
