Part of my daily routine is to prepare for my food for lunch in the office. I enjoyed it because I love cooking. I also play relaxing piano music in spotify while I'm cooking. I also water my plants and feed my pomsky. I woke up at 5:30 and leave the house at 8:30am.

Morning Routines of Successful People. 1- Plan your day the night before. 2- Set goals for the day every morning. 3- Avoid checking your phone or other electronic distractions. 4- Stretch and exercise. 5- Read. 6- Meditate. 7- Spend some time with your family. "Your mind is like a muscle. The more you use it, the more powerful it becomes." and for me in the morning, I always say to myself: Today it'll be a good day.

I am not doing the right things in the morning, however, I have become aware that I have never had a routine or done much goal setting and I can see that this has been detrimental for me in regards to generating a successful life. relationally, I am in great shape, but as far as achieving anything significant for myself. As a single mother for 38 years, I am proud of the people that I have raised, but now its time for me to do something that nurtures my soul and gives me a feeling of pride in what I have done. So....by googling morning routines and watching your video is a good first step. I am a jeweler and I want to start generating my own income and not depend on others to provide me with opportunities. I believe that these routines, both am and pm, are going to be crucial for my success. I thank you, sir, for your wisdom and willingness to share it. Blessings

I set myself a goal of exercising exercising every single morning, even if only for 5 minutes. I started at the beginning of April and have only missed 2 days (after my birthday celebrations! 😨) But have been at it for nearly 6 weeks and slowly but surely the time I spend exercising is creeping up and it's starting to become a habit that I don't even think about, I just put my exercise mat out and know I have to do it.

Hi Brian. To begin with I LOVE you! In the nineties I went to one of your seminars here in Wichita, KS and met you personally. I enjoyed that seminar but somehow never really took action. Now I am 60 and realize that better late than never. My goal is to follow YOU to success. I have a YT channel and also a business I own that has $1.2 million in revenues and for the first time in our 22 years our revenues are flat and we are facing a few challenges. This has scared me into finally taking action. My revenues are flat because I have become flat. My company’s stagnation reflects my lack of passion, drive and just basic hard work. I have become lazy. But I’m not old and I can change my bad habits. It’s time for me to get off the couch in my own life and let you be my teacher. I just purchased your book Maximum Achievement. My goal is to follow your advice and let you teach me. My goal is to get my company to $2.2 million in revenues, and then who knows? I am naturally gifted, but I am tired of accepting less than the best from myself. If not now, when? Thank you for offering all your vast knowledge so generously. You are amazing. I am so grateful you were born and that you used your gifts to the max. I want to too. 💝💝💝🎄🎄🎉🎉😌🎉💝💝💝🎄🎄

Dear Mr. Brian Tracy. I have started reading your books 6 years ago when i was 19. You helped me overcome my fears of not being great enough. I always thought that what others do and think is more important than what I think. You have changed my life and my biggest dream in my life is that I meet you in person and thank you for all the great infromation that you gave me. I hope you come to Hungary soon and I can take a picture with you and hang it in every room in my house to remind myself every possible moment that life is a joy if we are willing to step out of our comfort zone! God bless you Mr. Tracy

I have recently changed my usual internet surfing in bed just after waking, to working with the fantastic Goal Wizard App! I love doing my gratitude journal king in the morning, setting my intention for the day, and reviewing my goals. I’ve been so happy getting things done and feeling productive again. Thank you, Mr Tracy! They said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but you’re here to help me prove them wrong!

I don't rush into the day. I like to do a few things and focus on a few things that put my mind in positive mode. I then check my mindset - and what I want to accomplish, and especially - why I want to accomplish it. I still think I could tighten up more, get up earlier and do this, sometimes feel guilty that it is a very relaxed way to start the day, rather than just powering in, but it seems to work for me well.

two weeks in a row ive been up at 6:05am or 5:30am depending on the day, and then jump on my morning exercise and a walk right after to see the sunrise; all this before doing anything else. Its the best, and seeing the sunrise is so cool. Longer days, more to accomplish. Just have to make sure I stick to 10pm bedtime and no later than 10:30pm lights out

Hi Brian, you're my mentor and I started watching your videos and reading your books since two years ago. I'm from Myanmar, 24 years old and you almost changed my life. I graduated as an engineer with ordinary dream (working hard and earning high salary). But you changed the way I think, behave and set goals. I could found a company on my own which is running quite well. I could afford more than I could imagine. This is real. I'm still not rich but not poor like others (mentally and financially). I'd like to meet with you in person once in my life. I don't know this is you or your staff handing your channel but I hope you read my comment. I would be so happy.
