For anyone wondering in the comments don't do that 11am to 3 Pm sunlight causes sunburn from what I've experienced for 3 Years by going in the sunlight consistently everyday for 1 hour ,more than 30-50% of the body exposed. Going in the sunlight in the morning time between 6-9am is way better and will have less chances of getting sunburn.

But we knew that morning sunlight is only benefitted, after 10:00 it has more UV rays which seems not good for the skin

Doctor said in this video, 11am to 3pm is the best time to get vitamin d from sunlight as uvb rays are present at that time in the sunlight.

@@moushreedas5093 Most doctors recommend not to go out during that time since.. The sun exposure is high... Its better to get vitamin d through rather than getting sunburns
