I love your channel so much! I’ve been able to continuously do yoga in the morning and night for a little over two weeks and I’m loving it! I can feel my body tense up if I forget to do it in the morning so I’ll add 5 min to my night yoga. Now that at I’m at a steady pause I’ve increased my time. Yes please to more morning yoga classes as that's when I do yoga. I loved this class but my arm kept going dead in owl pose, what can I do to stop that? I put my head on a block on the right side and it helped a little. Thank you for this session, it was great, see you tomorrow XX

I just recently started following your page and love it so far. I enjoyed this yin yoga before I start my day. I’m on my moon too so I’ve been gravitating towards slower paced sequences and this was perfect. I also enjoyed the root chakra yoga recently. Looking forward to trying out more!!
