I have tried several of these 5- and 10-minute morning yoga stretch videos to start my day, and this has been one of my number 1 top favorites. I just feel like it's gentle enough for the morning, with just enough time for how busy I am as I start to get ready. I also feel there is enough strengthening in there for me to feel like I did something really good for myself first thing. It helps get my hips, neck and back stretched, which are the 3 key areas for me. Thanks!

This was one of the first videos we had discovered maybe a year on YT (previously I did dvds which got monotonous). It is one of my favorite morning yoga classes. Today I am outside on my second floor balcony surrounded by a tree on one side. It is kind of like that amazing space. 😊 Thank you!

I discovered Miss Chance when she had the only upper back pain video I could find when I needed one. The whole time through it it was so gentle I kept thinking "maaaybe this and some ibuprofen will help" but by the time I had gotten up and a glass of water my fairly severe pain was completely gone and I've been a serious fan ever since. I didn't notice any adds but it could be that since her instructions are sufficiently clear and detailed I just keep my eyes closed during much of her videos.

Thank you for 10 min sequences! It seems that whenever I try to wake up early for morning yoga, my toddlers wake up that much earlier too-- but I usually have ten minutes before they get rowdy. Helpful video!

Really enjoying this flow. Thanks for providing such an invigorating practice. Never before have been able to stick with some morning flows because they were too complex. This one is still difficult but in an encapsulating capacity, if that makes sense.🧘🏽♀️ And it's always on the second my cat shows up for pets just as you say that at the end.😂
