I want to let you know that you have impacted my life in a very significant way. I do your yoga videos almost every day. I have been for the past few years. I began with your most popular 10 minute beginner yoga. Back then I was over 330 pounds and a mess. Your yoga videos became my favorite way to exercise. Now, I do several other forms of exercise throughout the week, but your yoga is the one thing that I still do nearly every day. I regularly do 30 min yogas before other youtube exercise videos. I have done your hour long yoga many times, bird of paradise is so hard! 🤣 Now, I currently hover between 210-220 pounds. I want you to know that you have played a major part in my health and fitness journey. I am so thankful for the time, energy and passion that you put into your channel. I agree!! I recommend Sarahbeth to everyone I know. If I haven't told you already.I'm in the advanced pages of liver disease and I am waiting to get put on the liver transplant list , And the reason why I'm telling you. That is because my capabilities are not what they used to be. I used to be a pretty advanced Yogini. And now I struggled to do even the basic poses. I appreciate your calmness and your clarity during your practices. It helps me to remain calm and clear, and my intention for today is. All 4 of them. Actually, I would like to feel happiness though.
