I always do the 5 or 10 minutes stretch, but had a enough time for this one and the extra time made such a difference! Reminded me to give myself the time I need! Thank you so much 💖

Hi Maggie!! These leggings were from a brand called Liquido Active. They unfortunately closed down at the beginning of the year. You may find some on poshmark. The material is unmatchable!!
