This may be my favorite morning stretch ever. I am constantly behind though with a sense of urgency to catch up. Perhaps I take longer breaths? I would love a version with very little talking. Thank you!! I too often struggle to do a practice in the morning even though it's a perfect time to slot it in with my life. This is perfect, both for the length and energetically. I felt so calm in my mind at the end, but my body felt awakened.

Absolutely, Kenza! I see your question was from a year ago. I hope you have found this truth for yourself. Guided meditations helped me overcome that anxiety too.
