I had a Sylfirm treatment 3 months ago, I’m 40 years old and was starting to see many signs of aging, such as upper eye lid sagging and wrinkles, fine lines on my cheeks. I typically get Botox every 4 1/2 months, I have not had a Botox treatment since October 2022. From my one treatment, I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin, it’s been five months since I’ve had Botox for my crows feet around my eyes, With my skin tightening, I don’t feel the need to go in for my next Botox treatment. I did purchase a package of three treatments, and have not yet gone for my second treatment, one downside I noticed was, I could see the needle marks on my forehead for several weeks after my first treatment. I typically do not have sensitive skin. Unfortunately, it took a longer than expected time for my skin to heal. I plan on doing my second treatment sometime this month. I would 100% recommend this treatment.

I just finished my third session of Scarlet RF and the results are amazing and I know over time it’s only going to get better. I had no pain at all. I did Morpheus last year and it was so painful I could barely tolerate it and I didn’t really see any results from it.

I just had Morpheus8 done yesterday and they numbed my face for an hour and gave me a small amount of versed and pain meds. It was enough that I talked but napped in between stories and asking questions. Came home and took a short nap. I’m happy I chose what I did and excited to see the results.

@@txl43ndon’t do it, SylfirmX had a preclinical trial on 3 pigs, all caused collagen necrosis. This information can be found on the FDA website. The “controls” trauma is a lie. Great video! I was actually considering purchasing a Morpheus for my Aesthetics business so I went to another medspa to have several treatments done. To be honest, I was very underwhelmed. I feel like my microneeding pen gives comparable results. Do you think the Sylfirm X has the potential to stimulate at least as much collagen as the Morpheus?

Thank you for the video. Does sylfirm x help with raised, white and thick/wide old scars? And self-harm scars? I can‘t seem to find an answer anywhere and in the treatment center they can‘t show before after pictures. I really hope they are honest when they say it will work (with some scars) but I‘m afraid it might not. I am pregnant and impatiently waiting for the treatment next year.

I had my first treatment done yesterday. The effect almost immediate; I can see slight difference but be fair, we need to have another few sessions in the next 30 days or so to realize full results. Very true, it's a also effective around the eyes area; they did on top of my eye brow area and under my eye lid but not the upper eyelid. It still works on my upper eyelid.

I just had my first treatment done and was so excited to try Sylfirm x. Around day 3 my face started getting red bumps filled with puss. When I woke up on day 4 it had gotten worse. Did I get burned or was a too high of a level used? I followed all the post care step by step. I’ve had regular micro needling done before and that never happened.

All RF devices have that capability. SylfirmX is more accurate to target depths. It’s actually a bonus, and we use it to target the jowls and double chin. It’s up to the provider to understand how deep to penetrate the skin at certain areas of the face to prevent fat loss. So far, we have not experienced unwanted fat loss at our clinic.

They are very similar but the Sylfirm has a greater tendency to cause hyperpigmentation.

I'm about to start 3 treatments over the next 3 months sylfirm X. Your content educated me well on what to expect. I have a question about some people mentioned that the sylfirm needles left some micro marks on their skin. It took them weeks to heal. Is this always the case, and how to avoid it? My wedding is in August and my 3rd treatment will be just 2 weeks before my wedding. I wonder if I'm going to be ok

2 weeks before might not be enough time. I would do it a month prior to the wedding. I’ve had Morpheus before and I love it but down time can be up to 3 weeks

What they don’t tell you is before you get procedures like these you need to take collagen+elastin, bamboo silica vitamin C, E…etc to make sure the skin heals properly. If your body is low on collagen, your skin won’t improve much
