to a baby or a challenged adult undesirability may only have one morpheme and one word if they happened to come to understand the word; to a 'normal' person it would have 4. to some number of very well educated adults and / or scholars it would have more. so "de" and "si" and "re" etc. but this would not be meaningless so the foundation of limiting meaning to modern, or plain, or commonly understood meanings seems to be to be arbitrary and a continuum based on hearer.

@@AzeLinguistics The distinction: is it like; in duality, the two levels are to appear as on semantic whole and the phonologic specifics and in discreteness as the phonologic and the morphological ones? The confusion has perhaps originated with the due misconception of the morphological and semantic features as they are both referring to the meaning part of the analysis.
