I saw him, from my bus window, walking down Georges Street in the afternoon in 1997. I was actually listening to him on my walkman at the time and would have jumped off to meet him, but that I had no money to get back on the bus to get home.

My brother pointed out that he probably wouldn't have invited me for a coffee to discuss the making of every album. He looked fantastic though, I remember some screams and him dragging his hand through his hair grinning. Maybe it was best I didn't get off the bus (47b: Hawkins Street to Ballyboden).

Strangely I saw him also on Harcourt Street in 1997/1998,pretty much at the same location where the film has been taken.This video is a pretty much surreal for me
