There's allways something intriging about his songs like any true work of art somewhat a mystery. Great video also very bizzare.

Guys. What did you expect? Just because he has aged he wouldn't stop doing his characteristic dance moves. Age does not affect him so he will keep doing what he's always been doing. He did the same when he was younger.
@david-stewart6 жыл бұрын
He did stop dancing for 20 years.

Well that's true. Now he obviously decided to start again.

I think his dance moves in his younger days were pretty sweet as he was undeniably loose-limbed. Alas, pretty stiff moves these days, but a most charming man all the same!
@michelleisaacson60695 жыл бұрын
Hes much more animated live. But then again, its to be expected....its been nearly 40 years since hes danced like he did in the mid 80s with the smiths. Still sexy in his moves at his age imo

I'm in love with this man. And let me clarify, i'm a heterosexual male. One of the most important voices of our time. His opinions are said with no concern to how it may effect his public image. He says what he believes is true, and never apologizes. A true champion of free-speech. He ages like fine wine, and becomes more profound lyrically and societal with the older he gets. I love you Moz!!!

I thought this similar thought this morning listening to this album on the way to work. My Dad grew up on The Smiths and I’m just amazed that I’m now 23 and Morrissey has remained steadfast as one of the only true musicians to have an open mouth on the reality of mainstream life and not care. Emotionally, politically, all of it. He’s the best.

I feel the same way. The last of his kind, sadly and it hurts to see him indefatigably vilified by the media/press without fail. As Mark Simpson wrote in his (excellent, sardonic and amusing) book entitled Saint Morrissey, once you get sucked into his world he is never going to let you escape. And it's true.

I remember first hearing of The Smiths in 1983 or so, I was around 13 and entering the 6th grade. I fell in love with the way the music was delivered and I would have to say I became an instant fan of Morrissey and that empowering voice. Today at 47 years old I am still a loyal fan of Morrissey and always will be I reminisce often and feel that his music got me through some pretty hard times dealing with this big bitch we call "Life". Long Live Morrissey we love you!

Jacky's only happy when she's up on the stage I make this claim, now let me explain Since she lost you Jacky's only happy when she's up on the stage Free in the truth of make-believe Since she lost you She is determined to prove How she can build up the pain Of every lost and lonely day Jacky's only happy when she's up on the stage She'll make you believe what you'll never believe Since she lost you Jacky's only Jacky when she's up on the stage Living bodies that actually move Since she lost you She is determined to prove How she can fill up the page Of every lost and lonely day Cue lights! I am singing to my lover at night Scene Two: Everyone who comes must go Scene Four: Blacker than ever before Scene Six: This country is making me sick Jacky cracks when she isn't on stage See the effects of sexual neglect No script, no crew, no auto-cue No audience telling her what to do Exit, exit Everybody's heading for the exit, exit Everybody's running to the exit, exit Everybody's running to the exit, exit Everybody's heading for the exit, exit Everybody's running to the exit, exit Everybody's running to the exit, exit Everybody's running to the exit, exit Everybody's running to the exit, exit Everybody's heading for the exit, exit Everybody's heading for the exit, exit Everybody's heading for the exit, exit, exit, exit Exit, exit, exit, exit, exit, exit, exit, exit, exit
