I just played their Darkest day in horror CD (which is their best) on my 500 watt stereo with 2-15 inch sub bass woofers. The slow movements of the bass, guitars and drums is so low and heavy in bass frequencies combined with that grindcore noise that it sounds like a billion giant trains riding on train tracks, chuga chuga chuga chuga chuga. Its the heaviest sound I ever heard in metal. Its a break thriough and I don't think any other metal band came close to this since its release on 2002.

They are seperate two movies that were promoted together. I Eat Your Skin (1964) and I Drink Your Blood (1970). I Drink Your Blood was pretty good, never seen I Eat Your Skin. I Drink Your Blood is hippie horror, based loosely on the Manson family.

@bearblaster420 Slam death metal is like Devourment, Cephalotripsy, Ingested, Abominable putridity, Torsofuck, Putrid pile, kastrated,...etc It's a metalstyle consisting a lot of slow guitar riffs that make a 'chug chug' -like sound and as variation to that you have fast parts with fast drums. Just type in "slam death metal" here in youtube, and you'll have these three compilations of "best slam death" and you'll get an idea of what Slam death metal is.

@bearblaster420 And Slamming Death Metal is basically Death Metal with some Hardcore influence and sort of Rap as well. Mainly the groovy sounding breakdowns known as"Slams"hence the name Slamming Death Metal. Bands such as Devourment, Internal Bleeding, defined it. Later on shit loads of bands picked up on it. Theres Putrid Pile, Dyscrasia, Blasphtized, Amputated Repugnance, Condemned, and Cephalotripsy are all great examples, and btw Dying Fetus was a pretty good early example too.This help?:)
