In my opinion I rather see shows like this instead of pathetic Springer and Povich. Even though this was the first talk show to be controversial. That which led to those talk shows in the first place and other future ones. But at least they talk different topics everytime.

A great deal has changed since this show aired back in the late 80's, but the one thing that hasn't is that the tech required to achieve this successfully still doesn't exist... A personal note - I really wish folks who post here wouldn't snipe at each other the way some of you have. Its entirely possible to disagree without being disagreeable.

27:50 Morton Downey Jr. died from Lung Cancer. The Life Extension Mix they're talking about it in fact a very good vitamin supplement. I started using it in 1989 and still do. I'm now 52 years old. And Cryonics will in fact become a reality .

Actually being there was awesome. Phillip (The Little Guy) brought me along, so I got to hang out in The Green Room at WOR in secaucus, met Tom Dunn, who used to do the Ten O'Clock news back then, and got to be on the show itself with my comment at 21:50 (yeh, the guy in the hat.) By the way, thanks again for the short list. I just got a PM from miche564, about how 'she was supposed to be me, according to some people' and how much she likes my channel and my take on ecology. I got a new subscriber, and I subscribed to her channel, which looks quite a bit more interesting than your own. She seemed quite amused to be identified as one of my 'alts'...lol...thanks again, mate. Good job!

In my book, the problem of keeping the brain of a deceased person intact prior to and during the "chilling process" Dr. Ben-Abraham talks about on the show is a major stumbling block in getting this to work. I will definitely go do some homework on this, as a lot has changed since this show aired.

Actually, you're not even in the ballpark, but you won't believe anything I have to say, anyway. I got one PM from LWQQ, concerning lang (whom LWQQ referred to as a 'muppet'...interesting but completely unfair, I think, to muppets) and that was it. LWQQ assured me, as has someone else, that I can't beat someone as mentally messed-up as lang, but I think I've caused lang distress sufficient to equal what he caused me, so I'm done with him. Nice list - never heard of any of the others, tho...
