Mortons Neuroma : Can I get it better myself ?

Thank you. Had the cortisteroid shot which helped (left foot). Bought the carbon fiber insoles which has helped and got rid of three pairs of shoes (2 gym and one dress). The insert on the right foot hasn't been as effective, possibly because the marble feeling is in a different location and moves while wearing the insert. It's something I'll discuss in the next visit. I'm looking for wider shoes which are hard to find, so I'm going to visit a ortho shoe store.

I find it difficult to find shoes with wide toe box too.asistants in shops don't know what it means.preety much in the dark when trying to find suitable footwhere.

The Power Sport insoles are pretty good. Switched to a better quality shoe/gym shoe. The shot that I had over a year ago worked. Combined with the new insoles, I have't had any issues in quite a while.

@@tonyrodriguez2524 that's great the short work ,otherwise I have seen many comments people saying those injections are not worth it .
