The real fight with the Witch of Hemwick is weird. After you kill the first witch, the second witch appears, and the first one respawns with a small chunk of life. So you have to kill her twice. But it's not clear why Orphen of Kos didn't die. Also. If you spend all the Inside, the small enemies sholdn't appear.

My expirience seening people play the ramdomizer before, you can get killed by the enemies that is in place of the sack carrier and get trasnported to Yahar'gul, Unseen Village.

Really should consider using the Bloodletter Minkyman, it's insanely good. Similar to the Great Stars from Elden Ring, only it's blood damage, which very few enemies resist. Also has a shockwave AOE attack that does big damage numbers.

There should be a skip for the shadows fight, you have to jump through the map in some points but it makes the bosses not move and can just kill them.
