I've tried shashlik...using recipe from two Russian brothers...first time, out of this world....second, pretty good...last one, meat was just tough....I'm going to try cutting the onions , and pulsating in a blender. my recipe called for tumeric....but I think I will go with this recipe....wish we had more exact measurements....I did purchase some shashlik skewers....next, perhaps a mongal......thx...
