We did this, true to your directions. The chicken was SO WET that we needed way more than 40g of cornflour. When we put it in the oven, cos it was wet, it took longer to crisp up and so the chicken was stupidly dry. It’s a MAJOR FAIL.

korean popcorn chicken 50 g protein and 495 calories. (this makes 4 servings) The Chicken: (800g) dice into cubes, add black pepper (looked like 1 TBSP) , (quarter cup) soy sauce, 1 egg, mix until fully coated. 40 g corn flour. add chicken, shake container until fully coated. place in air fryer or in oven, single layer, oven: 210 C for 10-14 mins. Air fry: 200 C for 10 to 12 mins. The sauce / glaze: 60 ml soy sauce 80 ml water. 2 TBSP low cal ketchup 3 TBSP gochujang paste 2 TBSP rice vinegar 2 TBSP honey 30 g brown stevia Stir until it gets thicker and then add chicken, stir until fully coated on chicken.
