Reminds me of a fun story Me and my drummer have some kind of private joke when he does a "dadadum dadadum dadadum " snare and kick pattern and it makes me lose it every fucking time when we rehearse. Once, we were gigging at an "open stage" venue. At the end of our second song which was Bullet In the Head, my drummer did it during the buildup. I manage to stay calm until my singer started screaming "A BULLET IN THE HEAD", as my drummer kept doing it for a full bar instead of getting into the breakdown. We all lost it.

15:50 "You know when you're gonna fart." Okay, but sometimes you sneeze. When I was in 3rd grade, I was in a school assembly, with the ENTIRE elementary school there. I've always had digestive problems, and I had just been put on a new medication to deal with it, and it gave me the worst gas I've ever had; it was like I'd grown an extra pair of lungs up my ass and had started breathing down there too. Just constant. So anyways, I had to fart so fucking bad, but we were all sitting on the floor, crammed together as tightly as possible, and I didn't want to subject my peers to that. So there I was, practically in agony, holding back what must have been enough air to fill a balloon, when a sneeze sneaks up on me faster than I've ever had to sneeze before. I simultaneously sneezed and farted SO FUCKING LOUDLY that the ENTIRE SCHOOL heard it. It was beyond mortifying. I wanted to just curl up and die right there. When I got back to class, the teacher even brought it up and was really angry because she thought someone had done it on purpose. I just started bawling, I thought I was about to get in so much trouble. Looking back on it is so hilarious, but damn, what an awful day. Stopped that prescription that very day.

For me the worst worst was when my guitarist stepped on his cable and I had to cover his guitar solo on my bass up at the 24th with harmonics while he tried to find his cable, he came back in and finished the solo, then ofcourse the rest of the song happens and he tries to do a spin as the vocalist comes back and as he’s spinning his headstock whacked the singers mouth and we had to improv an instrumental ending.

I played drums in a pretty spastic grind band when I was 17. Our first "show" was a birthday party for some kid in town. The parents never heard us but hired us on the spot. We realized very quickly that this was not your average party. The birthday boy as well as all the other kids there were mentally disabled. So between shrieking, guttural vocals and blastbeats it turned into insanity very quickly.

I remember back in primary school, we had a talent show and at the time I was obsessed with the eminem song "not afraid", and throughout the whole thing my friend at the time was like "mate you should get up and rap that song!" Long story short, I did it, forgot the lyrics, repeated half of the same verse for like 7 minutes straight. Needless to say the kids that picked on me had a field day. The cringe was unreal. What made things worse was that I was mentally telling myself not to do those "rap hand actions" and STILL ended up doing them, and since I had already committed I was waving my hands about like a retarded news reporter, stumbling throughout the rest of the song.

So in middle school I played the bass in my school band. I have this huge ampeg cabinet and old peavy head because I play a lot of metal outside of school. I brought that amp to the spring concert so I could be heard over 15 flutes, and when I was unplugging at the end, I forgot to turn off the amp. The amp is fucking loud, so when I unplugged the amp made this really loud "bhsfdbfhbsdfhbsdf" noise and I'm pretty sure I made some babies cry.

In my senior year of high school, I was in our theatre’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and I was in the very first scene and had a small monologue. Long story short, I stumbled over the fourth sentence of the monologue three different times, said “oh my god” to myself during our FIRST PERFORMANCE, and then I tried to make up for it in Shakespearean English and my director ended up yelling at me about it saying nobody would have noticed if I had just picked up from where I stumbled and when I got home I cried lmao. Luckily the next shows I had my lines down perfectly so there were no more issues there.

My worst stage experience was djing in a bar (i do play instruments but i went through a pretty intense edm phase) and I got way too fucked up on ketamine, (a tranquilizer commonly used on horses and cats) and I actually played the worst clusterfuck of 175 bpm nonsense for an hour. I attempted to play some of the most agressive electronic music in existence. Literally the tracks were out of sync, the keys and tones didnt match. It was absolutely embarrassing, but looking back it's also pretty funny.
