You have to factor in what you're buying, though. If you're going to be purchasing things from theme parks and especially something as massive as Disney, different things are "affordable" in the grand scheme of things. You should expect to pay a lot more at places like Disney.

@14:30 Fact Check as a Disneyland cast member i can reveal that there are indeed 2 levels of dresses at the bibbidi bobbidi boutique. The "normal" ones are $59.99 but some of the dresses have a higher tier that looks less like a costume and more like a fancy dress. They usually have tulle skirts like this one and those cost $350

You should take in consideration the percentage of the guess, like if the item cost 20 dollars and you say 10 dollars then you would have an error of 100%, that way it doesn’t affect that you had an error in one large item that makes you loose the entire game, and to determine the winner you just have to average all your percentage of error

If you look at percentage differences, which favors the cheaper items, Ben had a combined score of 2352% and Jonathan had 3285%. So Ben won in some way :-) My combined score was $13768 with a percentage difference of 6593%. I did far worse on the cheaper items.

I think when you are dealing prices that range over orders of magnitude, getting a single expensive item wrong is much more influential than many cheap items, so I recommend scoring the guess as a percentage of the original price, or to use logarithms
