I worked in a neuroscience lab for a while in university and one time the doctor showed me the lobster muscle he was dissecting under a microscope. It was packed with millions of parasite worms. He said, that's why you should cook your seafood well. I've never forgotten that image.

@@Luna-wg6ic Religions are slowly becoming outdated and proven completely false. The bible has been rewritten so many times, the original one would have a lot less information within it, and science has progressed a lot since then so people added a few verses or recorded them throughout the ages. Martin Luther rewrote the bible from Latin to German which was the first Bible that wasn't in Latin. The translation into modern languages probably isn't close to the original.

After watching this I was tempted to only consume water, sit in the sun and pray for photosynthesis until I realized you no doubt have something to say about water quality, sun exposure and the affects sitting has on the body. Note to self never invite this guy to a dinner party.

Well, hell. This explains some of my health problems and tells me I definitely need to reconsider, again, what I eat every day. Too much of what I eat on a regular basis is on your list. I quit booze by the time I entered my 30's 45 years ago, but now drink a lot of soft drinks and fruit juice. It looks like that will have to change too. I've had Congestive Heart Disease since 2002 and Type 2 Diabetes since 2010. In 2013 my heart Dr told me he did not expect me to see 2018. So what he was telling me was that he did not expect me to live 5 more years. I cut back on most of the stuff he said was killing me but from what you just told me, I still need to change even more eating habits.

The man is controller of his own body before that he was only a possibility. He could have existed in every kind of possibility (In infinite world, he could have either be in David's body, or other's body, but he is there) if the controller is depressed, then it should ask himself ("What's there before I came, and as this world came?") the subconscious is the one who sustains the body in every kind of way, and shows how the world like by its feeling state (and requires fats and B vitamins to work properly) and is the holder of the blitzing thoughts. And there is no body which isn't having any observer in it (Or example YOU, Truth is given to serene!) The other people are different brains, and the spiritual books are only a reminder Inviting to Undefinable, The Originator of Possibilities or The Answerer Brain produces trillions of things in perfect order, perfectly knowing his body and having DNA that improves and doesn't collapse (This type of world is insanely hard to stabilize, and how did it happen? the Undefinable caused its existence) and a soul that is aware of its moves and eye pixels, that listens to the brain and controls things and chooses by quantum rules (Matter's logic in this world, its not so random, All in Existence! When You become Serene (hear brainwaves and see eye pixels), you will understand what's truly Indefinable, Manual, and not automatic!) but how could no rules create rules? and then put even more rules (which are limited and automatic) and make from it compact creation and the rules work perfectly, atoms connect perfectly, things get compact and perfectly smart enough with an observer in it but the man today is malnourished lacking vitamin D3, Vitamins B group (from B1 to Nitrilosides) and lacking iodine, and vitamin k2 And is fed with seed oils and synthetic creations, and sugar Good examples are in everything natural, and wheatgrass, and fruit seeds (one is rich in everything, and another one has nitrilosides (Cyanide, Benzaldehyde, Glucose) and cells that break down them into good things) Each area feels differently The universe is not only 4 dimensional (transparent energy) have you seen animals who can contact with man? have you tried asking The Answerer (as is the information in subconscious, and as Existence is!) to give you a way to glorify Lord of Existence! then actually doing it? And feeling how does it go? Humble is the man which no things affect him in any bad way (And he still is the conscious-clear controller of his body) And the life can be mastered, and from everything dual alike was made! (Matter's way Automatic-Manual to Spectator) Observer is sent to this life (man's body) for his own achievements and experiences, and his body will resurrect, as Matter has shape memory! And you still count by Eternal Existence!

This made the man happy and then he thought of something. He asked the doctor this, " I'm glad to be doing good, but do you have any advice for me to stay healthy?" The MD replied, " Yeah, just one thing - if it tastes good, spit it out!"

Sashimi , raw fish in Japan is always eaten with a green Shiso leaf. It’s kind of like a fresh mint leaf. It’s an anti parasitic. Wasabi is used in sushi because it’s an anti parasitic. That is why those two items are very important when eating raw fish. You have probably eaten, ingested millions of parasites and did not know it. Cooked meats just means cooked parasites.

If more people knew why those ingredients are included they would eat those two items in order to prevent parasitic infections.

I have been eating raw fish for over 40 years absolutely no problem whatsoever. Are you really gonna give in to the fear mongers? You know this video was brought to you by the World Economic Forum who wants you to stop eating meat. Because they want you to wither away and die by stopping you from eating the most nutrient dense food on the planet...... And like sun you said. All you have to do is freeze the fish and most sushi has been frozen before it got to the sushi bar. The only time you'd have to worry about that is when you're buying fresh fish out of the fish market and trying to make sushi directly from it. Do a little research instead of just listening to a stupid KZbin video and taking what they say at face value. You'll thank yourself

I was surprised when he said that the cause of the effects to the brain are unknown. Sounds like someone's trying to cover up the cause. Fast food as well as ALL PROCESSED foods/beverages contain preservatives and ingredients that contain a synthetic hormone that mimics natural estrogen called xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogens have been linked to cause cancer, autoimmune diseases, hormone imbalances, nutrition deficiencies, eventual DNA mutations, etc. They're found in almost everything we come into contact with on a daily basis and eliminating exposure to Xenoestrogens would be extremely difficult to do (even though it's one of the key steps in refortifying yourself) Prior to the use of Xenoestrogens in ingredients in everything from food to plastic containers (even food grade) and more men's active Testosterone levels didn't drop as they got older. A proper nutrition is the best only true solution to all ailments. Sadly doctors aren't taught about the importance of nutrition during their 10+ years (unless you're studying to be a nutritionist). All of the info mentioned relating to Xenoestrogens was found in multiple research studies over the last 60 years (since plastic was created). Do your own research if you don't believe me.

24:46 As someone who survived severe salmonella and had to be hospitalized for 2.5 weeks for it, I second this statement. COOK YOUR EGGS!!!!! (And meat and vegetables) And always check them before cooking to determine they haven't spoiled. Do not eat them if there is even a chance they've been contaminated, or if they've gone bad!
@transienthorror
@transienthorror 3 жыл бұрын
It's not ALL bad eggs that contain salmonella. Salmonella is a contaminant, it doesn't exist naturally in raw foods. Just saying, let's stop the absolute panic around consuming small quantities of raw eggs or accidentally eating a turned egg. Yes, cook your eggs, but you're not guaranteed salmonella if you don't.
@maryandramiller3376

@@transienthorror I know that. But trust me, it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm sure mine was an extreme case that most people won't have to deal with if they get it, but I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I was dehydrated so badly from my sickness that I nearly had to go on dialysis because my kidneys almost died. And I got sick from the medication that they gave me to kill the bacteria. I'd honestly rather be over cautious than experience that ever again. I know, not all bad eggs contain salmonella, but any bad egg might. And that's all you need.
@transienthorror
@transienthorror 3 жыл бұрын
@@maryandramiller3376 No, NOT all bad eggs might, if they simply go bad sitting in your fridge, they will not magically get salmonella. They will turn your tummy, but you will not get salmonella. No need to incite panic, when the reality of salmonella is scary enough.
@maryandramiller3376
@maryandramiller3376 3 жыл бұрын
@@transienthorror Please note that I did NOT say that ALL bad eggs have it. I said ANY bad egg might have it (or any non-spoiled egg might, for that matter). It isn't easy for us to know every single time whether our eggs are contaminated with it or not. It's just always better to be careful and thorough when we cook our eggs, meats, veggies, etc. Proper cooking and sanitation practices are key any time we cook anything, period. As someone who's lived through a severe case of salmonella, I know how scary it is. It was hands down the sickest I've ever been in my entire life. I am NOT trying to incite panic. I am just saying it is better to be safe than sorry, based on my personal experience. Being careful can help to avoid any need for panic at all.

For the last 7 years I've been taking "Amygdalin" (contains Cyanide) from crushed Apricot seeds, 500 Mg two or three times a day and instead of dying my brother (83 y/o) and I have gotten rid of prostate cancer. We got rid of cancer in the first 6 months, but I keep taking Amygdalin as a health maintenance. At age 65 I don't have any health problems; it's said that the Amygdalin side effects are: regulates your blood pressure, gets rid of bad cholesterol and may increase your appetite, even though some people get upset stomach (not me). The only way that the cyanide molecule contained in Amygdalin can be opened (activated) is by a cancerous cell which will die at that moment otherwise it (cyanide) goes through your system as water does. I even challenged my doctor with this info when he tried to show me in "Web Med" in his office that I was taking poison; I told him that it was "misinformation" since my brother & I were very much alive, that false info was to scare people so that they increase the profits from the real poison which is chemo.

I’ve stopped any farmed seafood and fish for years inadvertently. I developed an highly allergic reaction that rejects all of it. I can only eat wild caught which makes it difficult going out to eat. Most often servers don’t know the difference and have to get assistance. The restaurants I’ve visited (even expensive ones) serve mostly all farmed. Hence, I prepare food from home most of the time.

Sorry about your food sensitivity but I'm having a hard time with the explanation. Wild caught fish have more toxins because they are in nature and we won't stop polluting our oceans, so farmed fish would be better since the habitats are controlled and maintained. I don't understand how someone could tell the difference between the two unless you can taste the toxins in the fish? If people are so worried about the difference you know you can always go buy a pole and go fishing catch your own dinner like I used to.

I think the whole problem is we focus on the name of the food rather than the quality of the food. A farm chicken which was fed organic corn, oats, grass, worms and gravel from the ground is much healthier than soy beans from mutated seeds sprayed with chemical fertilizer and poisonous pesticides. But the doctor only tells you "hey you need to cut down on your meat consumption". And even modern day gurus of veganism foolishly tell you "meat is bad for you". Medicine isn't the public's guide, but the advertiser's right hand. We need to think essentially and not superficially.

They also have some natural minerals like astaxantin. Its what gives flamingos their color and ocours naturaly in the wild. The industry is always working towards better solutions in everyway. While he’d hang with me for hours, when I was on the computer he’d sometimes use his nose to pry open the bottom desk drawer, then slither inside for a nap. Then he’d climb out and climb up my leg, then wrap around my waist again! I dearly loved him, and when he died it hit me hard. I also had several ball pythons; one was a female who laid eggs one evening! I was so excited I squealed, lol. I love Ball Pythons, they’re so very cuddly. I also kept and bred corn snakes. I’ve lost count of how many I’ve had over the years! Currently I have only 1, a creamsicle female named Seshat. I’ve also kept king snakes, eastern hognoses, northern pines, a gopher snake, an indigo snake, Madagascan hognose (rear-fang), a false water cobra (another back-fang slightly venomous), Savu Python, D’Alberts python, milk snakes, and a Mexican Long-nose. I've turned into a big chicken.😆 Now, I have a nice fish Aquarium, oh! I did find a nole lizard couple weeks ago! He was so bright green, I thought at first he was a baby iguana, but he wouldn't eat veges. I guess he fell out of a tree when it got a bit chilly. They do that.

As for cooking they cant afford a cook at Odyssey ( they are everywhere) so they had the clients cool for the entire rehab and make the staffs breakfast lunch and dinners. They say it's to teach responsibility. I hope one of those answer the question. It depends on the kind of facility but most people use it to get sober, look good for court, and get their kids back or something. But something like 85%-90% of all clients go back to using within the year and some other percentage overdose.. so it does and doesn't help....

They were also showing non processed meat as being processed in the same breath. Processed can mean many different things. A inch thick steak has been processed from cow to butcher. Bologna, sausage and other shelf friendly meat products have been processed to give them a longer shelf life. No matter what we consume it must be processed according to guidelines for that product. This is a misleading video because it compares food of several nationalities to the norm of food dishes. Some things tastes better raw, some things taste better cooked. You can't compare a raw oyster to haggis and it can't be compared to brunswick stew. or souse. They are ethnic dishes. You can only compare similar dishes to similar dishes.

So wrong about the egg! The amount of cholesterol that's in an egg (and that's a lot) has nothing to do with the cholesterol in your body. It's frustrating that people - even some doctors - don't pay attention to the studies. The humble egg does not release its cholesterol into your body. It does not perform the "Shock and Awe" attack on our bodies that we are wrongly told. Eggs are incredibly good for you!

The first one is an easy simple fix without limiting your intake on meat. Just eat unprocessed all natural grass-fed meat which is not only very healthy but still tastes amazing. So you can still eat bacon, hamburger and steak as much as you want as long as it's all natural. And don't go to meatless alternative foods because there's nothing wrong with eating meat if you eat it from the right sources.

If and when you do eat meat, try to eat meat that walks around on two legs (chicken, turkey, etc.) rather than four legs (cows, pigs, goats, etc.). ANOTHER "RULE OF THUMB." When eating fried meat or meat in general, always eat a bowl of green leafy vegetables with it. The chemical compounds in the green leafy vegetables help to prevent your body from absorbing the bad cholesterol.

A dietician once told me that a healthy gut = a healthy body, and that most of the general ailments we experience regularly, or reasons we feel unwell or tired, and have such a large number of people with various allergies these days, etc. is because of every day things we eat that we don't even realise are bad for our gut, or bodies in general. And I don't mean the obvious things like too much red meat or junk food. I'm talking about some of the things shown in the video that we always thought are quite harmless, and even very healthy. It's not always immediately apparent, but in the long run, these seemingly harmless foods we consume end up making us sick, and even decrease our life span. Hence doing the proper research about following a balanced, healthy diet is so important, as well as how much food we consume. The human body, surprisingly, requires relatively little food, daily, to function properly. We eat way more, and too large a variety of food, than our bodies actually need.

You're forgetting the fact that the video stated that the sugars in fruit juice have a higher glycemic load than the same amount of sugar in the original fruit, as the fiber, which acts as a glycemic buffer, lowers the spike, in fruit has been removed. Also fruit juice is higher in total amounts of carbs and sugars, lowering one's ability to maintain caloric balance and eat other foods. A small glass of apple juice can add up to the same calories, carbs or glycemic load as a can of root beer, both unhealthy. One apple has the same amount of sugar as about 4 oz of apple juice.

Well Hell, I wasn't prepared for the cheese one! I have an actual phobia for maggots ( I don't find them gross like normal people do, I'm 1000% scared to death of them). Oh god... Even typing it out gives me the heebie-jeebies. The second that came on I threw off my headphones and hit skip about 60 times. 😨 No Thanks for that!!

Maggots are just small worms. Nothing wrong with them. Why the fear? Do you relate them to dead bodies?

@@theworldwelivein482 🤮😱 Honestly when I was young I was quail hunting and we came across this horse laying on the ground (Texas wild horse I'm guessing). It was laying there breathing so we walked up to it to see if we could help in any way if it was hurt and found that the "breathing" was thousands of maggots among other things. I think that's what did it. The phobia is bad and I can't seem to get past it!

@@thatgirlcourtney85 Get some Mezcal Tequilla and drink the worm. I'm sure it was horrible to see and experience. Especially you thinking it alive and breathing. I believe in exposure therapy until you not afraid. Just think of maggots as lizard food. 🦎 🐛 Everyone has fears and that is healthy. Just don't let it control you.

Yes.. Brazil nuts !!.. Next time I get a craving I might eat less per day. But, I don't eat them that often as they are kinda expensive, as nuts go.. Thanks.. Enjoyed all the videos I've watched so far.. 😊 Ignore the haters... I find your videos to be helpful to unwind...
