This is an excellent showcase of rit/doomsayer's impact on potential fake claims. I feel like claiming to be admirer fakeclaiming TK is seen as much more plausible thanks to the existence of the aforementioned roles. Whereas in ToS1 changing your claim is usually a death sentence unless you're jailor or mayor.

My 1st All Any game of TOS2: I get PB. I managed to make it to late game without claiming anything & when I do claim I claim TP on 5 who is an invest. I eventually turn pest & the day I do the Enchanter who claimed trapper get's hung cause the "trapper" didn't see the confirmed Monarch visit the invest, that helped me look a bit more legit. Then that night I attack 13 & rampage killing the WW [who also visited 13] & the Monarch[Who, yes, also visited 13]. Then the next day the Vig who shot the WW who died to Pest got hung since he was no more confirmed then I, the fake cleric thus giving me the win. This was not just my first win in TOS2 ALL ANY mode but in the history of all my of TOS/TOS2 games this was my very first Pest win.

The jest was me. 😈. I also played a game a jailor where I tried to exe pirate to get the flawless execution achievement, but they had a ga. So I tried to exe them twice, but failed. I exes them the final time tho. 😈, and I still got the achievement.

hey pipe, have you tried using the notes side menu instead of doing it yourself? press the red scroll kinda button to get the same kind of notes as you keep but it automatically removes dead people

I think he has. It wasn't convenient though. While you can type something like TK or Vet in normal notes, I believe you have to go through a drop down selector for the menu that you mentioned. Not very flexible.

Hey pipe I got a question regarding a coven clutch I did. So it’s 5 people left by the time famine comes out. Hex master, a pirate, famine, and 2 townies(I think psychic and trickster. I get the trickster lynched on the day famine is announced and get the last hex the following night. The next day the pirate starves to death and the hex bomb triggers. Did the famine die because too few people or does hex bomb conquer all?

It's best to think of Hex Bomb as Exodia from Yugioh. Famine is invincible to all damage but a hex bomb doesn't attack it just automatically wins upon happening.

I think I saw a video with 3 once. Probably the ammount of roles make it likely to be 4 coven: 15 coven roles each unique, there is no mafia, 4 NA limited to one, 4 NKs, 3 NEs and 1 unique(?) pirate, 20 town and 4 unique TPows. I forgot how to calculate odds with restrictions like these, but feel free to try.

It's been a meta for a long time, it really can go either way. It helps move the game along and keeps town from being too passive so it kinda helps. I think the addition of ritualist and doomsayer was meant to kinda nerf the vfr meta, but it's still a viable strat. I know this was a pipe question but I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents ahahaha

@@xakurogaming facts, we've been having this discussion for years haha. Genuinely think that most people against vfr just don't quite understand the game yet, and that's ok. I always hear people arguing that it's bad for town and helps evils, but more info is how town wins lol. In fact, I think I remember a ToS 1 loading screen saying that it helps evils lol. That probably contributed.

I will say he tried it and disliked it *before* they added the function to erase dead people from the automated notes, so idk if his opinion changed after that addition yet due to maybe not realizing it happened. These videos also seem prerecorded a little while back/he doesnt get notis for comments, so it could be a few videos before he realizes he should check if the changes are good enough to change his mind. Another reason he dismissed the auto notes was because you cant copy/paste text in or out without the post to chat button, and losing the ability to selectively do those shortcuts on specific claims with the option to send them in whispers as well, are a hard turn off for some. I have not heard any changes regarding that, and so the helpful change i pointed out might not be enough for him to change his mind and seriously use auto notes in the first place.
