As exceptional as Allie is with her multiple talents, guitar and riveting vocals, I'm equally impressed with Allie the person. Every fan who wants a photo or just a quick word with her is greeted with a smile and warmth that's completely genuine. And her duets with those with "disabilities" [not my term] are beyond heartwarming. So glad you two lovely ladies are doing some music reactions again. The banter is always amusing.

Charlotte, I love Vlogmas. I get a giggle from them. Ladies, I discovered Allie through you, thank you. She and Angelina are my favorite voices, both move me to tears. Have you heard Allie sing with the young (12yr) Fionn Whelan? Oh My! He's a true traditional Irish tenor and together they stun.

Beautiful ladies it’s great to see you back doing an Allie & Jacob reaction , they are both amazing artists ! With busking there’s very little planning if any and you can see it here as Allie and Jacob look back and forth at each other and give little nods as to how and what their doing ! This actually is the latest duet they have done. Allie and Jacob haven’t run in to each other much recently on Grafton Street, so not to many colabs together ! Jacob has spent some time away from Grafton Street over the last year or so. He traveled to and spent some time in South Korea at a busking event that was held there, and he did some entertaining on a cruise ship. I do have two older Allie Jacob videos to recommend you check out. First they have an amazing cover of Enrique Iglesias’s “ Hero “ from 3 years ago. Again in this performance you’ll see them communicating on the fly as they are performing and the magical moment for me is towards the end ( hard to hear it ) but Jacob looks over and ask Allie do it acappella, she nods yes and away they go, just amazing harmonies to end this beautiful performance ! The other video I believe is from that same day same set 3 years ago. Allie & Jacob covering “Bad Guy “ from Billie Eilish, and Allie who is usually very serious with her performances just decided to be a fun loving teenage and have a bunch of fun with this performance ! Allie having some silly TikTok or charade moments here, she got me laughing along with her ! Take a look and listen and enjoy ! 🎤🎸🎼

So, the cure for the problem that you identified is to have all microphones come into a mixer through which the one running it can balance the outgoing volume of each element. Mixers vary from very simple models that only allow you to change volume levels to ones that have more features like compression, echo effects, etc. However, the more features the more expensive. In a busking environment many artists may choose not to bother with an actual mixer because that’s just one more piece of equipment to carry to the performance site and back home. Allie turned in a brilliant performance here and so did Jacob and he’s really gifted in his guitar work. But bringing that level of performance to the crowd requires an incredible amount of creativity and concentration to pull off well. Vocal cords are a muscle which build in strength over time. Allie has 8 solid years of public performance experience and if they were singing together without any electronic enhancement, no mic’s she would still be very strong. Jacob isn’t quite there, yet, but he is well on his way. One thing they could work on is building harmonies, mixing their voices that blend very well indeed, but adding more harmonies. I think one of the groups your mom was trying to pull up is CSN(&Y). Neil young has performed some great material the could look at there. To do Cathedral though, they would have to add one to two people to sing all the parts. Perhaps Zoe Clarke and one other. Teach your Children would be a great song for the 3 I’ve named so far. I enjoyed your dynamic mom & daughter. First time seeing you two and have subscribed to you because of it. Thank you for this video! I’m recovering from emergency gallbladder removal surgery and do watching and listening is all I can do. Happy Holidays to you both!🎉🎉🎉
