I have four of them around my home, and they all flicker when motion is triggered. I've tried over a dozen different bulbs, and all of them do it. I'm probably going to replace them.

Oh the reviews do not look good. I just bought 2. This video is awful for the most important part of which wire connects to which. I can hardly see. We all know black to black, white to white and copper to ground… This light fixture has red and white connected. A separate black and a separate white, and then the copper ground…. This video I can hardly tell what they do with the extra white.
