This is all great. I can attest to the power of your battery with my gloves for sure. I am really interested in using it with these heated jacket options for my cold winter cycling commutes.

+Ian Loughead how durable is this set up? I work in a freezer and I use the gerbing and venture glove liners. I wear them under insulated choppers but the problem I have is after a few months with the venture glove liners the cord on the female end of the liner will start to fray causing the glove to shut off while I am working. the problem with the gerbing liners is almost the opposite. the male end of the battery wire will start to fray. sometimes within just a month or two.

I can't say that I use mine for as hardy of work as you do. I have had mine for 4 years with no issues at all. I use them for winter cycling, hiking, skating, running etc... I do use them when shoveling the snow from my driveway on really cold days as well. The gloves let you use either a wiring harness and 1 battery (more comfortable and cheaper) or else 1 battery per glove. The second option gives you far more run time of course and the battery slips into the gauntlet portion of the glove. It is a bit bulky, though fine for the ways I use them. I was more afraid of the glove liner wearing, but with a decent pair of gloves on top to keep the wind out and the heat in, I have had no issues. And certainly the wiring seems pretty durable.

Can you add multiples of your battery pack batteries in a bank in the jacket so that both the jacket and both gloves run off them and have longer runtime?
