If you accurately measure your ingredients, you can get more consistent results. Baking is precise measurements, whereas cooking can be altered a bit. (level off your flour in the measuring cup, measure teaspoons/tablespoons, etc.) Also, try cinnamon crunch bagels! You roll out the individual bagel and put cinnamon/brown sugar in and then roll up. Form into a circle. They are SO good!

I saw Maxine get her little pepperoni treat😊. How cute! You are in the perfect place for loving the beach. So beautiful. In upstate NY we have beautiful leaves in the fall, absolutely gorgeous. It's a reminder to me of just how much God loves us. He could have had all the leaves turn brown and just fall off, or the sun set without the beautiful colors. We make 'yorkshire puddings' thats what we do in the uk. Fail proof receipe is a cup of eggs a cup of flour and a cup of milk. Heat the oil in pan as hot as possible before putting batter in. They come out perfect every time ❤

I actually did do my headboard. I bought enough fabric to cover the front and sides with about ten inches more that I used to staple on the back of the headboard. It has been on for about five years now. Just about time to do it again. Make sure your fabric is sturdy enough (like upholstery fabric) and not see through. It wasn’t cheap but I did wait for a sale as a king headboard takes a lot of fabric.

Is your oven level? The reason I’m asking is every time you open the door the racks roll out. I would definitely see about it leveling it. That would make me nuts trying to catch the pans.

The racks need to be fixed properly..Everytime they roll out .i think about fixing them but haven't ....I'll add it to my list

When I’m baking a lot I throw my egg wash in the fridge so I can use it the next time I need it instead of using a new egg.

Yes that is what you want...something simple..doesn't need to be fancy at all the brand of mine is sycees...don't be afraid to do off brand just look at reviews

I use the mats that I put on my cookie sheet pans. They r great and can put them in the dishwasher n it saves on the spray -but I have used the spray on them. But it leaves a heavy layer of film that is hard to get off. But after many washings. It seems to get off. It’s just easier not to spray. But silicon ❤. Btw. Red is your color

Slowly catching up, haven’t watched since just before you moved. As my life got hectic. Anyway, went back to rewatch your packing videos and slowly catching up, had to watch the newest one. Will alternate recent to a year ago until I finally caught up. Anyhow, had to comment regarding people suggesting you make different cookies - I’m like 🤔 myself with 3 children and a husband I know their go to biscuits and dinners. At times give made a few new ones but the old tried and tested ones are always the ones they reach out for first. You’re right, why make new recipes if they’re not going to eat it. My biscuits are always eaten up. Yesterday I made walnut and chocolate cookies for variety, still Have some left over. Guess I’m going to have to eat them up. Anyway, it’s lovely to see you finally move after all that packing! And lovely to see you with an awesome tan! Wish I could move to Florida!

I love your videos Amy! Have been watching for years. Go glad y’all moved to Florida i would love to live there one day. Please pray for me and my family I am in desperate need of a remote job as my business is not doing well I am going though a terrible time with my ex husband and our kiddos I was recently diagnosed with aggressive cancer so a remote position is needed to pay for our house insurance medical bills bills food etc I’ve been praying and praying and crying please pray for us
