I did a study on origins of flax seed. It took me to the Tabernacle , which the Hebrews were instructed to build , after they escaped slavery in Egypt . The amount of linen drapery for the walls of the tabernacle was immense. It was the humble , linen plant,the flax , which provided the thread for those curtains, I actually grew this plant ,to help me understand its properties. I researched how the linen thread is attained . It is a huge process .some provincial areas in the world still process it as in days of old, ThisPlant deserves our respect and reverence The swaddling cloths that wrapped around The Messiah, were made from this humble but generous gift of life , the linseed flax plant , ,so many reasons to include it in our existence ❤️ thanks doc, we love you ❤nz❤

When I was diagnosed with RA in my teens, I can remember my grandmother saying I should go vegetarian and I should take flaxseed or flax oil. I never listened, of course, but in my 20s, I started to think about my health. I found the oil in a health food store and took it, but not religiously. I finally took her advice at the age of 30 and went vegetarian, started to get into a whole food plant based diet. My grandmother was into yoga and health, including vegetarianism, when she was around 30, and she's in her 90s today. I'm 50, and because of things like flaxseed and a better diet, I haven't needed meds in 20 years. I'm at the gym 4x a week. I'm not without some health issues from the RA that trigger now and then, but I'm always looking for ways to overcome it. Thanks to informative videos like yours, I can add (or remove) what I have to. Thank you!

So happy to hear your story .but were you using medications before you went vegetarian.? I am.looking for some kind of natural treatment for RA for my daughter .currently she is taking some kind of injections but these things have side effects so i want something natural which can help her .she is scated to leave the injections because if you leave it and then try to come back they will not be effective.
@rachels.98253 ай бұрын
@shehneelawaraich3500 Throughout my teenage years, I was on some medications and would occasionally get a cortisone injection in my knee. When I turned 21, I wasn't able to stay on my father's insurance, so I pretty much stopped going to the doctor, unless I had to. I managed flares with ibuprofen. I knew from my rheumatologist that exercise was good, so I tried to stay active. Around 2004 is when I decided to drop meat from my diet and I also discovered the magic of juicing. The raw food diet was becoming a thing back then, and I hopped on that bus too. Today, I'm still mostly vegan and high raw. I would suggest finding a functional medicine doctor for her, and also, I found IV therapy to be a big help. I do supplement with a line from Markus Rothkranz called Wildforce, which is a fabulous green powder, very high quality Vit C, and others. I've used them for years. I'm always fine tuning what I consume, which is why I love this channel. Because of Dr. Mandell, I've made it a routine to consume the chia drink and eat a couple of Brazil nuts daily.

Rest diet of lots of green veges, no starches like potatoes,carrots,corn as they turn to sugar flare up Ra inflammation. No carbs,no sugar, no processed foods. Only olive oils, avocado and seasonings no other fats. A few raw walnuts or raw pumpkin seeds or raw almonds a day. White fish if not vegan but vegetarian. Reverses all inflammation and autoimmune disease

What did you do about sugar cravings?
@virginiajohnson737411 ай бұрын
@@fatimab5145 hi there Well..I just followed a couple of his videos..that talked about what fresh lemon juice in a cup of warm water.. And 3 tabsp of real good extra virgin olive oil I did this each morning Both of those..before I ate anything...cup of warm water with a half of a lemon squeezed in it..( lemon water Cleans your liver and detoxes your body...plus gives you lots of vitamin c ..plus it will help you lose weight !! The extra virgin olive oil is good for your body as well I can't explain it all..but that's what I followed....do those every morning before you eat anything..... That's what he said to do So I did..did it religiously ..so in about 3 months..I started feeling better...and I noticed I didn't crave sugars like I used too.. as time went on..I got better ..and better..... but it takes time... he didn't say it would make you stop sugar But he explains how those work in your body .so I chose to to try those .. Just to see what would happen....so..as I started feeling better..I seem to not to desire sugar as I use to As time went on..I just didn't want sugar anymore...not sure that what I was doing..really helped me in that..or not..but something did....I haven't had sugar for over 2 years now... I made my brain think about how horrible I felt when I was eating sugar...and that too.. stopped me from getting any more sweets...no soda pop Nothing with sugar in it I went to drinking green tea and just plain warm water About 2 cups a day of green tea...and two cups warm water...if u drink warm drinks.it will help flush out the colon....if you drink Cold drinks..it will make the stuff in the bowel stay in there ..cause it's too hard ...but warm water and drinks..helps soften it.and moves it out of the bowel...which is good for you... So lemon juice will also help you lose weight Just tell ur self that you don't want sugar no more It's a killer....and find some. Fruit ..to eat instead Drink warm tea and water Stay away from.processed foods. And foods that have chemicals in them..try only eat fresh spinach salads..and some salmon..and lentils And tuna..and ...don't eat out Eat only fresh food at home And lots of warm tea. drinks and water....no soda pop....no diet soda either This is only what I do What you do is all up to you But as for me ..the fresh lemon juice in a cup of warm water...and the 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil... every morning before I eat any thing Is what I started out with But it's all up to you But I know it really helped me ....plus the lemon juice helped me lose weight So thats all I can say But he does tell you about lemon juice and water and about extra virgin olive oil And what they do for your body...so that's how I started. It's all up to you That's all I can say I just did that .and as time went on..I didn't want sugar( not sure thats what stopped it..but thats what i was doing ..when my cravings stopped..that's all i know.) But that's just me.... everyone is different. (So that's what I think helped me).... Most of all lemon juice helps you lose weight too! So that's my story It may not be what you want to do...but I can't tell you what to do.....only what it did for me. Bless you...have a great new Year .

Some don't even give you a prescription; they immediately refer you to psychiatry if you refuse to believe their dogma or accept their protocols. Remember the woman who touched Jesus' garment? Remember how she lost her entire life savings and was living in poverty? (Hint: doctors had tried to help her). Doctors are human. Doctors are sometimes animals. Doctors are always SINNERS! I find it very difficult to find a Christian doctor. We all must band together, make a Society, and work full tilt against our enemies who seek ONLY to steal, kill, and destroy, like their master (many if not most, unwittingly). If we do not, I guess we will suffer the same fate in Hell as them.

@carolp596810 ай бұрын
@@peterviljoen9435 - I had wondered if it was okay to roast them, so I did some research on the topic before doing so. I found that the Omega-3 oils in flax seeds are heat resistant due to their particular cellular matrix. This matrix, i.e. the combination of nutrients in the flax seed, protects the oils as they are not isolated. Furthermore, the Mayo Clinic states that unripe and raw flax seeds can have toxins that may be harmful in high doses, and thus recommend toasting, cooking or baking them to destroy those toxins.

God created Adam using no male and no female God created Eve using male but no female God created Jesus using female but no male God creates the rest of us using male and female God makes whoever He wills sterile who can give birth to no children at all ..... Jesus said there's a only true God in John 17:3 referring to the One u call father hence anything else and anyone else is a false god. As per Isaiah 7 Immanuel didn't know right from wrong until he was old enough. How comes this is a god? When Jesus was pabtizing the Holy Spirit desecend in a bodily form like a dove. Who was god at that moment, Jesus or the dove or both? Jesus after it was said he was risen went and met his disciples they got surprised as they heard he was murdered he said to them look I am flesh and bones..he asked them for food and they gave him fish and honey and he ate. He was hungry or what he was trying to prove? Jesus was lifted up on that state, a flesh, man and son of man, and will be returned to earth on same state. Hasn't the flesh purpose ended by the crucifixion? Why he's still man and son of man? Book of Numbers says God is not a man neither the son of man. And in Exodus no man can see God's Face and live. In John 1.. the word has a beginning... But God is everlasting to everlasting. John 1 states.. the word was God and he was WITH God. With is for ownership like God owned the word? Or for Companionship like a god was WITH God, two gods? The word became a flesh and then was made a curse as per Paul. God doesn't change and the curse thing doesn't match with God, the Most High. What the word represents? Because Jesus when he was pabtizing, a voice came from heaven, hence the only true God has been still speaking just as He spoke to Moses. Is Jesus one word of God's infinite words? Jesus warned against the yeast of the Pharisees and said false prophets will call people in his name and said don't believe whoever tells you Jesus is here or there, doesn't that apply exactly on Paul? Paul started preaching after about 10 years from the lift up of Jesus. Those who were already believers in Jesus used to believe salvation is in what? //// Please read until the end.. Matthew 5 27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’[e] 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell. 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister[b][c] will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’[d] is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell. 23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift. 25 “Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. 26 Truly I tell you, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny. -------- Matthew 7:21-23 I Never Knew You 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ ------- Matthew 12 36 But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.” ------- Matthew 24 42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. 45 “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? 46 It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. 47 Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 48 But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is staying away a long time,’ 49 and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. 50 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. 51 He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. ------ Matthew 25 41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ 44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” ------ Luke 12 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the other servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers. //////////// Even for Paul who said he is the one who built the foundation of the religion that's based on the crucifixion .. and hence his school : 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 ESV Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God -- Ecclesiastes 12 13 Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. --- Revelation 21:8 ESV But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death ////// 👉 Consider the above ⬆️ and read Ezekiel 18 please. What the crucifixion has added?

If it is ground and you have had it more than a year I would throw it out. Ground flax will eventually go rancid even if stored in the fridge and lose its health benefits. The seeds last forever though and can be kept in the cupboard to grind daily for ultimate goodness.

The only problem with most seeds and specially flax as they contain phytic acid, but also in phytoestrogens , one of my favourite seeds is Basil seeds these taste very fruity and like basil . Otherwise, they behave like chia seeds, creating a mucilaginous coating when soaked. Interestingly, instead of being estrogenic, basil seeds actually reduce estrogen. And surprisingly again, unlike chia seeds, basil seeds are lectin-free. Basil seeds are used in India and Thailand for their healing properties, and always soaked first, never eaten raw. Nutritionally, basil seeds are high in soluble fiber and help with digestive issues like constipation, and they’re high in Vitamin K and iron, as well as several other minerals. soaking 15 to 30 minutes in plain water is appropriate, but a longer soaking time in an acidulated medium is better. Long soaking helps to release the seeds’ mucilage, antioxidants and digestive enzymes.

No you dont have to roast before grinding down. Keep faxseed in freezer. Grind before you eat and before you use in a coffee grinder as you need to protect it from light and heat. Keep it fresh in freezer and grind only what you need when you need it
