I naturally did this as a child every night as soon as I went to bed and loved the way it felt and would turn around and get under the covers just as I was falling asleep. That was over 60 years ago! I’ll try it tonight

Everyone, you don't need to literally put your legs up against a wall at a 90 degree angle. Just elevating the legs is the point. You can just lie down next to the bed with the legs up on that, or stack pillows on the bed and elevate them. So don't worry about replicating the image shown. If you can do that, great. If not, the elevation still works.

I go to my Dr's office for any of these conditions and all I get are meds and a bill with no real results and added side effects...Come here and we get it for Free...Thanks Dr. Mandel, you are a Godsend🙏

I use to do this all the time when I was younger.. I don't remember why I stopped but after seeing this video I remember that I feeling much better than.. I should start again

This is by far the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. I'm sleeping so much better! My legs feel so much less congested and I have not had nighttime leg cramps since starting this. I do it for 30 minutes every night. Thank you so much. It has been life-changing for me,

Be sure to use a timer!! In my early 20s I tried this, fell asleep, and awoke with my entire lower torso numb!! I rolled off the bed onto the floor but it took a while to subside!
